It's very sad, we are losing the great icons of an era. What's even sadder, is that the current crop of "actors", will have to go a long way to fill those shoes.

Please, the bitch has been irrelevant since the mid/late sixties. last roles with any teeth were "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?" 1966 and the "taming of the Shrew." 1967. She led a medicated life and became the butt of jokes. Aside from helping out Aids patients I can't think of anything of note that she did with her life since 1967. She was rather pathetic. Rot in Hell.

RIP Liz,I Loved her as Cleopatra, Her aids work, welll she more than gave back and then some. Its a shame I thought Zsa Zsa would go before Liz :(

A true beauty and a movie icon, that was Liz. Any movie with her and Burton is hawt, hawt, hawt. The chemistry between them is just awesome (he's such the natural dom). Anyone interested in sexually domming a female should watch "The Taming of the Shrew," the Duke puts Liz in her place but good. Admittedly, Liz was never the same after she lost the love of her life, Richard Burton. Fame amd fortune got in the middle of things for both of them I expect, plus he was the only male who could really dom her. I seem to have vague memories of her getting in an accident that injured her back, and that didn't help her "medication" issues. Still a great lady, and one I admire. RIP
