Its as simple as this mike, you posted  that we are just "prosecuting a NFZ" Rich called your bullshit, you came back and claimed that the only ground attacks were against antiaircraft installations and I called your bullshit on that.

Are you claiming I have been involved in spinning...or of moving the goalposts a bit?
Sort of sucks......doesn't it?

"Ignorance and lies"....wow,please show me one lie....please show me where I have exhibited ignorance(were you to do so I would quickly remedy the situation...can you claim the same?)
Now remember we are talking about ....Lies-a willful misstating of the facts-please show me one.Just  one,and I will own up to it(setting an example for the likes of you ,while I do so )

No,Bull I'm fine with you referring to me by the name my mother gave me....lol.
However I do object to the characterization of my(I don't mean personally...more in the sense of,how did you refer to it earlier...a"childish liberal" pov )position being hypocritical.
I dispute that waging an invasion of Iraq,in a futile search for WMD,has any equivalency with responding to an earnest request for humanitarian aid by prosecuting a NFZ in Libya.Understanding that these situations are in fact different...goes a long way to understanding how someone of honest and honorable beliefs can have different views concerning the two separate events.

Actually I recall the humanitarian issue being a big deal on the Iraq table as well.

I wish I had more time, I'm off to a wedding so I'll have to deffer for now. But I don't believe this is just about the humanitarian efforts anymore than Iraq was just about WMD...

If we all put down our political game faces for a while we'll see what's really going on...... I think.

Enjoy the wedding....

Sanity -> RE: Pentagon may add more air power in Libya. (3/26/2011 12:37:05 PM)

You want clarity?

First you attacked my credibility and suggested that Im a hypocrite

http://www.collarchat.com/fb.asp?m=3613828

Following that, you tried to chastise me for being disrespectful for not capitalizing your name... and in the same breath accused me of  "political wrangling... (and) weaving spin on this disaster for political advantage"

http://www.collarchat.com/fb.asp?m=3613858

Then when I called you on your passive aggressive smears you further cut loose saying my arguments against your trollish bs  "...comes off as insecure and unfounded" while blaming me for your being so thick

http://www.collarchat.com/fb.asp?m=3613890

Theres some clarity for ya, live well and prosper.

"Hey! I like it! "Stacking!" That'll be the new buzzword!"

well Mike it is pretty funny to watch old Sanity frothing at the mouth when he gets called out on his bull shit.

I can't find anything Bull said that wasn't true.

Again, troll couple:

And you, you never post on topic. Why not. Not enough brains? Too cowardly to take a stand on anything? Or are you just the type who is so insecure that you can only feel a little better about yourself if youre trying to tear other people down while hiding behind your monitor.

flcouple2009 -> RE: Pentagon may add more air power in Libya. (3/26/2011 1:47:03 PM)

That was spot on.  Sanity replying to Sanity.  Perfect description of your behavior.

Incapable of answering the direct questions, are you? Do you, between the two of you, just barely possess enough mental ability to throw out these childish offerings?

Are any of you guys listening to the reports coming from Libya....do any of the atrocities occurring affect your opinions at all?

The Daily Beast recently ran an article entitled "Inside a Libyan Rebel Prison Camp". Said article detailed Libyan rebel atrocities including the rape of the wives of captured Government soldiers by Libyan Rebels.

After Rebel atrocities were exposed by the Daily Beast there was a more widely reported story.

This story was about Libyan Government soldiers raping a woman who, after being attacked, ran to where reporters were meeting, made the accusations, and only then was dragged out by Libyan Government forces.

My opinion is that both sides are atrocious and if the Libyan Rebels take over they will need to be deposed at some point. Obama's war or whatever Orwellian label he's attached to it today is wasteful, boneheaded, and hypocritical.

The "reports" coming from Libya actually reinforce my opinion.

Sanity -> RE: Pentagon may add more air power in Libya. (3/26/2011 2:03:31 PM)

Couple this with the reports that there are al-Qaeda forces among the rebel fighters...

flcouple2009 -> RE: Pentagon may add more air power in Libya. (3/26/2011 2:03:44 PM)

Question?  What question?

All I saw was a great self description of your behavior.

Your not interested in a discussion.  You want an argument.  You keep changing your position to what ever you think is the best slam on the President.  When caught your defense was "I don't remember posting that".

Now your pissy with Bull for pointing this out.  It's sad to watch really.

Sanity -> RE: Pentagon may add more air power in Libya. (3/26/2011 2:09:03 PM)

I posted the questions twice, but the fact that youre incapable of understanding that there were questions posed is in itself answer enough.

Bull, that's the problem. If anyone can start a war by using the term "Human Rights" then we're going to be in corporate/oil wars ad infinitum.
Since when did *any* country become responsable for the "human rights" of people in any other country?
I'm sitting here in Myrtle Beach, SC, am I responsable for the "human rights" of people in say, ...Malaysia?
And don't the American People get any "human rights? Which foreign countrie(s) are responsable for *our* "human rights?" Russia maybe?
It's just a matter of time before criminals start using that defense. "I robbed that bank for "human rights", I gave a bunch of money to charities and the homeless!" And he'd be right to say that wouldn't he?
What if al qeada said they were going to overthrow Obama for the "human rights" of the American People?
You can't allow *any* govt. to use the excuse of "human rights" as a blank check to do whatever they want! That's like the Nazis saying. "I was only following orders." This isn't a "slippery slope" it's a punji pit to fall into! Endless wars because of ....."human rights."

Perhaps after you have cleared up the confusion embedded in this post ...you can come back and explain it to us.
The only consistent theme contained within is the belief that President Obama operates independently and separately ,as opposed to operating as President of this great country.
How that works is beyond me....perhaps that too can be explained...once you clear things up in your own head.[:)]

flcouple2009 -> RE: Pentagon may add more air power in Libya. (3/26/2011 2:17:35 PM)

I still see no question.  I see you making a self description.

Your unhappy because you've been flip flopping all over the place with whatever position you think best attacks the President.  It's left you looking foolish more than once but that should be expected when you were busy slobbering on Newt's nut sack.

My position has never changed.  But you wouldn't know that because you never answer any real questions.

Sanity -> RE: Pentagon may add more air power in Libya. (3/26/2011 2:20:16 PM)

I havent flip-flopped once, thats a baseless smear. And if youve ever stated a position I havent seen it.
