Some things can make you want to believe in karma. She should have been in the slammer years ago, but better late than never...

Clicked on the link,watched the news story,read the article...still don't know what this has to do with Miranda?

I do believe in Karma. I don't get the title you gave the thread. Looks like she has serious issues and it's better she's off the street.

This is what I am asking....hell,Miranda(the actual defendant the law is named after)is probably long dead anyway.The case was IIRC an early 60's decision.

For the ironically challenged....

SCOTUS essentially freed a violent man, Miranda, because he was not aware of his rights...
The resultant requirements for warnings set many a violent man free....
A violent man killed him

I see in that sequence some very ironic poetic justice, i.e. karma

Miranda has been upheld by every court in this land for what...5o fucking years,but you ,champion of individual liberties,have issue with it.

The article states the DA prosecuting the Duke Lacrosse players was later disbarred(Prosecutorial misconduct?). Crystal should have gotten a smack-down for false witness. Hopefully she will get locked up for a while and would be boyfriends will be safer.

I would hope Crystal would get truly rehabilitated in the pokey, but even I am not that much of a Pollyanna.

Really? ...My life is seriously fucking cool.Sure I have some pain issues,but they give me nice,and legal,drugs to deal with that.I play with some sweet ladies(though at times when they are swinging their whips I do think they are less than sweet)I have a son who I could not be prouder of...financially I am set ...and oh yeah,when I am bored I can come here and laugh my ass off at the silly ramblings of assholes....like yourself.
