Sanity -> RE: Video - Donald Trump Interview (4/9/2011 1:45:33 PM)

To the contrary, Donald Trump raised many very reasonable points in his latest round of interviews. Hes doesnt double talk, and he is by no means the average mealy mouthed politician. If he does run he is bound to shake things up, and it wont be politics as usual if he runs or the same ol same ol in Washington if he triumphs, which would be refreshing.

Trump is another Corporate CEO meglomaniac. Like Michael Dell.
Trump believes the baloney he hears in his head but he's the only person who hears it.
He thinks it's God telling him what to do. I think he's delusional.
And if he's got so much money, why host some stupid TV show?
Maybe he doesn't have the money he claims....
Think about it! Would Richard Branson host the Aprentice?

What was wrong with that clip. Do you even have a point in that post?

You act as though you are the one who is unaware of what the show was about...

Any possible attack you can think of? [:D]

Whats the last time you or any other Dem "stooped to" hosting a reality show about business.

You're talking about a guy who stoops to hosting a reality show on television.

Need I say more?

About business?

Have you ever watched it?     [sm=rofl.gif][sm=rofl.gif][sm=rofl.gif]

Experience over no experience though... and Obama is taking us TO bankruptcy, there is no denying that. So any arguments centering on Trumps various ventures, some phenomenally successful and some not,  will probably land in Donald Trumps favor.

But he doesnt just discuss the economy, he also discusses how Obama kisses Chinas ass, Obamas keeping his birth certificate hidden... there are several interesting angles to the interview.

You should try watching it, and then commenting.

I wouldn't fucking bother with asswipe.  I have met (and worked for) that prick. A turnip would have more sensible views.

But Obama must be doing something right, he is POTUS and Trump will never be.

The only thing Obama/Soetoro has done right has been fool people into electing him even though he's not eligible, and Trump is going to take him down.

Yeah it is Trump's version of American Idol, but you are trying to present it as the Nightly Business Report.

Absolutely delusional, whatever flimsy grip it had on reality...is long gone.

If the Democrats are as un-cooperatives with Trump as president as the Republicans have been with Obama, Donald Trump will suck eggs.

The novelty of voting for someone purely because of his skin color is over, and Obamas "hope and change" rhetoric has been exposed as fraudulent... on budget matters, on Gitmo, Iraq, he is the same as or even much worse than Bush.

Donald Trump could well be a shoe in vs our "present" vacationer-in-chief

For Obama to be worse than Bush would mean America would become as heavily involved in Libya as it is in Iraq. It's also more difficult to reverse or correct George W. Bush's mistakes so it's taking longer than we'd like.

You really are starting to go around the bend.

We should not have been in Iraq and we should not be in Libya.

Yeah, it's about the Donald being a pompous asshole.

Want more clips?  I can provide them.  And they don't show him in a better light.

You forgot more reality show pablum for the mindless masses.

Maybe that's why sanity liked it so much.

Brain -> RE: Video - Donald Trump Interview (4/9/2011 8:46:35 PM)

I don't think Trump's that bad but I'm hardly a Tea party person except for being a fiscal conservative. I like cutting spending but I would start with the defense budget not family planning.

Fox News Poll Reveals That Obama Would Trounce Donald Trump

A majority of Republicans are dreading the 2012 campaign (51%), and those over age 55 (56%), and those Republicans over age 65 (57%) are dreading it most of all. The looming presence of the Obama Democrats can be seen in the fact 52% of non-whites, and 53% of moderates said that they were looking forward to the 2012 campaign. The Tea Party was the only Republican supporting group who had more respondents looking forward to 2012 than dreading it (49%-42%).

Simply put, Donald Trump can’t beat Obama. He would not only lose, but he would lose badly. I think the right’s infatuation with Donald Trump is a sign of their complete desperation. Supporters of the Republican Party are frantically looking everywhere for candidate who can mount a serious challenge to President Obama. Trump’s standing in the polls can be attributed this desperation and Fox News’ support of him. Donald Trump would be humiliated by Obama in the general election, but what does it say about the strength of the potential 2012 GOP field when two of its top four candidates are a reality TV star, and a washed up quitter of a former governor who has managed to turn herself into the most hated politician in America?

The reason a majority of Republicans are dreading the 2012 campaign is that they can see the writing on the wall. Unless they find a miracle candidate, they are probably going to lose, and lose badly to Obama.
