I wholeheartedly agree shyone, the manner in which the spanking is approached makes all the difference.

I love being spanked for fun. It’s a great turn on.
 
But a punishment spanking is a whole different thing. A punishment spanking is painful and embarrassing. The ‘idea’ of corporal punishment appeals to me, however the actual punishment is not enjoyable at all.
