SLAVE CONTRACT
THIS AGREEMENT IS MADE ON THIS DATE 09/12/2010, between MISTRESS FROM SOUTH AFRICA and am the and am the OWNER of L S (slave object and property).
WHEREAS the parties hereto desire to engage in a permanent and irrevocable Owner/object relationship; and
WHEREAS the parties desire to delineate their duties and responsibilities in said relationship as well as to define the parameters of said relationship;
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESS:
I. ROLE AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE OBJECT
1. To accept the claim of ownership over its physical body and face by its Owner. To become the property of the Owner and that henceforth its face be used as a seat of pleasure as well as an ordinary seat cushion permanently and constantly by its Owner and Her Lady Friends and all Her Lady Guests and may forced to fulfil the pleasures and desires of its Owner and all Women that one or more of Them permit with its tongue at any time and any place to the best of its abilities.
2. To submit itself to its Owner fully and completely in total physical power exchange and consensual non-consensuality. To accept that its principle concern in life and the one and only goal and purpose of its Owner will be to enhance the quality of life of its Owner and all Women She invites as a lasting sit and lick object. To be kept permanently naked and bound and undergo or perform any personal services and sexual services and to endure extensive use, play, humiliation, degradation or other sexual abuse done to him by its Owner or any other Woman undiminished the non stop occupation of its face around the clock by Ladies feet or Ladies sitting on it.
3. The object gives its Owner the definite and unembarrassed use of its body and face for Her personal delight. This may include, but is not limited to, the use as a footstool, carpet, spittoon and toilet to multiple Women, the use as a trainings model for learning Domina’s, the storage of feet, breasts or other body parts of its Owner and Her friends in its mouth, the storage of high heels on a resting foot in its behind, kissing, licking, sucking, teasing, toying, tickling and milking for the sole amusement of its Owner and Her guests, annoying reckless nipple play and endless thoughtless fondling of its cockhead, regardless its mental or physical state, ignoring the unmeant inflicted pain by shoes, boots and heels on face, body and sensitive parts. The Owner may let any Female use the body and face of the object as each of Them sees fit. The object will have and can be forced to enter into any other agreement with any other Woman for the same use of its face and body as its Owner stipulates, to include sexual services, as They see fit without first needing permission of the object.
4. The object must take care of delivery itself to its Owner on Her command whenever he can and to this end must ensure that it always carries a telephone with him, that the telephone is available to receive calls or has a working voicemail, and the telephone number is known to its Owner. The Owner is entitled to give this number to other interested Ladies who She permits to use the object at Their own place at will.
5. If for any reason the object learns that it is unable to respond to an order to report for use from its Owner or one of Her Friends (such as a far travelling distance from its Owner, a business trip which takes the object out of reasonable travelling distance from its Owner or appointments that are already made by others), it is accepted by the Owner that She is not able to take possession of Her property this time. However the Owner insists on having the object in Her sole and exclusive possession for several successive days at least once a year. If it fails to do so, no matter whether it can help it or not, it will be considered to be in breach of this contract (see clause IV/4).
6. The Owner may at any time give, rent, lend or sell the face and body of the object to one or more other Ladies without consulting or giving notice to the object. The rights and privileges afforded by this contract will be automatically transferred to any new Owner.
7. In order to ensure the objects compliance and its repeatedly delivery to its Owners, it will at all times be kept in a post hypnotic state which it will not be able to end. The trigger is bought by the Owner for the amount of € ……… which makes the object besides Her physical property also Her legal property. Each Owner can use the trigger to guide the object to any place She likes, where She or other Ladies who know the trigger can collect it, bound it instantly and take it with Them to Their home. The object should never expect the trance to be broken even temporarily. From the first moment of delivery or collection it will be restrained and will not be released from such or other restraints until the object will be send away free. The object will at any time ineffectively ask to be released from its bounds.
8. The Owner shall have complete and absolute control over the object and can ignore and even enjoy all protests, appeal for rest or physical reactions. No commands are given or needed to be obeyed. The object will be kept fully naked and severely bound for free access and intensive use without effort by any Lady for unlimited time as a real and logic part of the Owner’s furniture. It goes without saying that the object has no choice but to accept enforced any and all consequences of its irrevocable surrendering now and the final transformation of its face into the absolute helpless seat of the Owner and Her Friends and Guests.
9. The object will ineffectively ask for this contract to be amended or terminated.
The Owner shall never have any confidence in the objects will at any time. Therefore, and because the object has become a shared property, it has been Her rightful choice to make this contract permanent.
10. This contract is made in good faith by both parties and shall be considered binding.
11. The object gives its Owner power to interpret this document as She sees fit. The object gives its Owner the authority to enforce the agreements made in this contract, using, if She feels necessary or just for Her pleasure, physical force (see below).
II. ROLE AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE OWNER
1. The Owners has no obligations or duties towards the object whatsoever, besides using its face for permanent sitting by multiple Women and keep the object (s)exclusively to Women. The Owner may also use the object in some variation as carpet under the dining table during diner with Lady Friends, as a footstool to give the object some time to recover from prolonged or heavy sitting by more than one Lady during a long time talking to each other, and as a mattress, head pillow or feet warmer in bed during the night.
2. The Owner has ownership of object's body and face, to use and or abuse for sexual pleasure as She sees fit for all mentioned purposes She desires.
3. The object will be kept naked and in bounds permanently, except when the body must be covered for transportation or the nakedness must be hide for the eyes of under aged girls or unexpected visitors.
4. The Owner will see to it that the head of the object is always kept below the waist of any Woman present, unless the face is forced higher for being long humiliating kissed by a Lady, spit on by Ladies, slapped by Ladies or for licking or sucking service or play.
5. The Owner shall not use Her property as a pain slave, or torture it by inflicting pain. However the continuous use of its face and the recurrent inevitable toying with Her property can become unbearable for the object. When the object can hold out no longer the Owner may sadistically increase the use instead of stopping and make Her property a pleasant and laughable pastime for all present Women.
Also the discomfort caused by walking over the object or using it as a footstool will be ignored or enjoyed and to humiliate the object extremely most of the sitting on its face will be without wearing pants.
6. The Owner shall see that the object is never left alone, but 24/7 controlled by Her or another Lady She asks. When the object is temporarily not used by any Woman at all the eyes shall be blinded by spitting them full and the mouth shall be silenced by a Woman’s panties in it, soaked by Her divine urine and kept in place by Her nylons till it is to be used again.
7. The Owner shall seek other corporal satisfactions for Herself mindless the feelings of the object to it like plump forced extremely long intimate kissing on the mouth (five or ten minutes or even longer as She pleases), which is a great sensual humiliation to Her property. Just to show anyone Her ultimate power over the object that goes far further than the usual power of a Mistress over Her consensual slave.
III. REMEDIAL ACTIONS
The object agrees to submit itself completely to its Owner, to accept Her domination of it and to unquestioningly and without exception let Her takes its clothes and let Her tie its body in place. The Owner has the following means of redress should she deem the object to be in non-compliance with an order:
1. Without limitation, The Owner may use the trigger upon the object and can punish the object by giving the trigger to other unknown Women. The object understands and consents now that the Owner may be irritated which may cause Her more deliberate toying with sensitive parts to purposely inflict discomfort and suffering, including pain and suffering of a sexual nature. She may find it a doormat for some time and have it trampled by passing Ladies. She may declare it the party toilet, receptacle as well as its tongue being toilet paper. The duration of such punishments and the level of pain inflicted or humiliation will be decided solely by the Owner.
2. The object has no right to protest its Owner's decision in any matter, least of all the use of its face. If the object protests it shall be completely ineffective. It shall hold its Owner and Her Guests blameless for any physical or emotional damage They may inflict upon it and in signing this contract the object consents, without exception, to any and all agreed use, physical or otherwise, that the Owners choose to do with it.
IV. DURATION
In agreeing to submit to slavery and the firm transformation into the human couch of its Owner, the object is making a genuine commitment to enhance the lifestyle of its Owner, who may come to rely on the objects services because She does not want to sit on anything else anymore but the objects face as a matter of course. It is therefore essential that the Owner can rely on having this human couch without restrictions from time to time and at any place She wants.
1. This contract will be binding from the moment that it is signed by the object and (subject to clause IV/4) will be valid till the death of the object or termination by all existing Owners.
2. Subject to clause IV/4, on the anniversary of the signing of this contract the object may request, in person and only right before it is taken by an Owner for use, that the contract be terminated. This is the only day each year that the object may request termination of the contract. The object may not request termination of the contract while engaged in one or more on-going projects for its Owners (such as photo shooting or filming or given to others for not yet ended use etc.). The contract will remain in effect when its request is denied by one or more of its Owners, or other Women have interest to take over this object for their own use. The Owner’s decision in such matters is final and guarantees the continuing slavery and unavoidable use in real captivity and ownership of each Owner as long as She wants.
3. If the Owner is unable or unwilling to keep the services of the object, this contract may be either terminated by Her for her part without notice at any time or transferred to one or more other Ladies.
4. If the object attempts to break this contract (i.e. by stopping compliance with any of its terms or by refusing to accept the Owner’s domination of it) when the trigger is not used to get power over its mind, the Owner may use whatever means she deems necessary to enforce compliance, including but not limited to using the trigger as yet in public, giving keys of locks/shackles attached to the object to unknown Women, or humiliation of the object by publicly use and speaking about its place under Women to other Women. She can also choose to forcefully overpower the object, when She likes with the help of several Friends and take it forcefully bound home where She makes clear how helpless it really is and the object will forfeit its privilege to make a request to cancel the contract at the next anniversary of it, thus extending its slavery without further notice of any of its arguments for release.

I understand that I face exceptionally non stop harsh, relentless physical and emotional use of my face and body for the benefit and amusement of my Owner and all Her invited Ladies, starting right now.
