Nods. Wearing a collar in public, especially if it's a prominent one is humiliating. The first time that happened to me was in the West Village, which is a good place to do such things: nobody noticed it. :) What was really degrading was going to my master's parents house in the collar. He was out to them, and referred to me as his slave matter-of-factly to them. I still blush thinking about that first meeting, although I soon got used to it.

For me its wearing clothes that don't cover much. I then avoid eye contact with people and this makes me very sub too.

Being made to wear my diaper beneath tight, white, stretchy slacks or under a short dress so it is very evident. Not being allowed to change my diaper when its soiled...pee is fine, but whens its poop, it smells and people start to notice. Wearing my collar, no, but being led on a leash is very humiliating to me. Crawling, even at home in private.
