I think that sums up my perspectives, which of course don't necessarily have to align with yours. Prostitution is not illegal everywhere.

However, using CollarMe to promote any business, sexual or otherwise, is against the TOS.

I actually don't have an opinion on Dominatrices yet. I know some Dominatrices who do and some who do not have sex with their clients. The rest seem to indeed be sex workers, even if there is no physical contact, such as in the case of cam girls. I'm not sure why Dominatrices confuse me. Perhaps it is because in the dungeons with which I am familiar, there is no sex, so it seems more like role play than sex.

A non-dungeon Dominatrix I know who does outcalls does have sexual contact, but she was an "escort" before discovering Pro Domming.

In a lot of states, it does. Sexual stimulation and/or orgasm by a client during time compensated by funds can even rack up a prostitution charge in many places. This is why so many pro dommes urge others to be aware of the state and local laws that apply.

Yeah,. That's the one thing that wouldn't be a problem with most dommes I know.

If a person ask to be your slave, they don't want to dom you sweetie. Although I suspect this was a not very interesting way to drum up business, let me sell you a clue for free: most males you will encounter as a pro dom are "do me" subs, no matter what they call themselves. A pro should know that, and be prepared to deal with it as opposed to whining on a message board.
