Great call, ChatteParfaitt.

I thought so.

The OP has lied three times that she's admitted to, and she's calling *us* assholes? I assume her definition of asshole is someone who can see thru her transparent bull crappy.

To Ms Agony: Don't expect the people here to have respect for posters who lie and con and deceive and then come back and say it was all for fun. If you want respect (from any quarter), show you are someone who can be respected.

Yepyepyep excellent post

Do you have to be assholes? Like go back and read all the replies to this thread. Welcome to the community indeed.

so far i think everyone has behaved very well, barring yourself.

in the first instance;

so if this were real, the 'friend' took an informed risk to try and get his rocks off even though the site says very clearly not to. he's a prat for parting with his money and thinking with his dick instead of his brain.

for you to then come in here and expect free legal advice is really taking the proverbial. why would anyone do that for someone who was clearly warned not to do something? not only that, but why would anyone who knows the legal system give advice without ALL the facts, which in turn could lead to them getting into trouble?

in the second instance;

you are the one who has done this.....i refer you to what everyone else said about the guy, and then your defence of him, and may i point out yourself, even though nothing was actually dirrected at you. however, having then stated that yes this was indeed you who has taken the money, you then go on to insult the guy. in this case, you sweetheart need help from a professional therapist.

in the third instance;

you now retract your admittance and start calling everyone else assholes being far more rude than you accused the good people in here of being. i suggest you take your own advice and reread what has been said in here.

i personally think you have made the whole thing up either because it's something you have done and are now scared of the ramifications, or it's something you are thinking of doing to get money. if all you wanted was a discussion on the legalities then you would have posted it as such. in which case it's very simple; buyer bewear. it's illegal to pay for sex and illegal to sell sex. however, you can pay for a pro dom/me and services that go with it as long as it's not sex. other than that, once again, buyer bewear. do research and don't send money to random stragers over the net. pay huge attention to the wonderful bright red writing that states do not send money to anyone. if after all that you still choose to do it and don't get what you paid for, well more fool you.

needles

That is some sage advice needles. I think the OP is just looking for attention anyway. It happens to us all.

I was kidding. I didn't actually do it.

I'm sure you'll all have douchey replies to that statement as well. I figure these forums would be a good place to have an interesting conversation about whether the millions of financial domination scams that occur on here every day are legal or not. But I guess everybody would rather just be assholes.

Seriously.

If that had been your intent, it would have been shown through your words. As for people being assholes, well.... you know my old buddy Billy says, doncha?

To thine ownself be true.

But yeah, you got me. Some guy thought it was real and kept bothering me to meet him. I kept telling him no, leave me alone. Eventually I made him start telling me the weather and news every morning. Then one day he told me he was going to be near where I live on a business trip and wanted to pay me $400 to meet him. I was like, fine, if you want to be a dipshit I won't complain, and I took the money. And now I'm kind of afraid to spend it. Can you blame me?

I have never understood this internet financial domme concept. Send me 100$ and i send you an e-mail back that you are allowed to jerk off? Sounds a bit daft to me.
As a dominant i seem to get a lot of mail, but if I do answer those, then it mostly if from somebody who starts talking money after 2 lines of chat. Those is blocked and deleted without any other discussions. I do believe as the dominant I should be the one to shoulder the expense for a meeting (or is that male ego?). But with the amount of scams in here I offer to do that with a refund of their travelexpenses after arival. No exeptions. Any form of financial involvement is strictly on a face to face basis.

What, are not all "financial dommes" scams?

Like I'm ever going to fall for a hooker I can't even use the way I want, why would you ever pay someone to boss you around and likely not even give you what you need?

The problem is, there is actually a portion of people that enjoy giving their money away to people.  If you slam them, you get the whole "don't judge another kink" argument.  Which isn't much of an argument.  Giving your money away to fake pornstars is stupid whether it is a kink or not for you.

I'm thinking the OP is probably gone, but I want to thank the OP for starting the thread.

It should be illegal to laugh this hard.

This lovely bit of bright red lettering is found at the top of the page everytime anyone reads an email here. If your friend chose to ignore those red letters, whose fault is it?

His for his clear stupidity. The sites as well for saying 'anyone asking for money is a scammer' and then doing nothing about the hundreds/thousands of accounts around here where people advertise doing just that.

Just saying is all. The report feature is a joke as far as speedily removing scammers goes.

eh? why do scammers need to be removed....? seriously? the logical answer is 'because they are scammers.' that and if someone gets pissy about it and decides to make it an issue its not hard to cause alot of problems for sites like this. maybe its just me but I don't think anyone wants the site getting messed with by their host because somebody gets ripped off and decides to cause trouble.

Perhaps you should read what I said again. The site make it a point to state people doing this are scamming, yet does little if anything to stop it. Frankly it makes me wonder what else gets ignored.

I think what she was saying was that it is hard to have a con-artist if they don't have someone else to con.

Just because the report system doesn't work the way you think it should doesn't mean it doesn't work.  After all, if one person's report could remove another user, what would there be to stop someone from removing you, because they didn't like something you posted?

The site warns you not to send money to anyone. If you are too stupid to listen, then that is your problem. Do you have any idea how much time would have to be put into investigating every profile on this site to make sure there are no scammers? Why should the owners of this site have to go through that when simply following their advice (send no money) would solve the problem. If no one gives them money, eventually they will go away.

Ok, at the top of every email you open ....it says........Wait for it............
DO NOT SEND MONEY TO OTHER USERS FOR ANY REASON
If someone decides to send money (which I am not saying that all transfers are scams but the site suggests it, and surely advises not to when you have not even met someone) then why do they think they have a right to be suprised, shocked, and upset???

And the other quintessential fave, VAA!

As far as the OP....I mean, really????  REALLY????

No. Not all. 99.9% of the ones on here are, but there are websites where male subs go to meet financial Dommes. Proper ones, not the scammers. There are different styles to it, but many will meet in person. There are men to get off on havign a woman take money from them. It's a throwback to the days before women were all employed, before WW2. It gives the man a feeling of providing for the woman, but with a bdsm twist as she's in charge. Kinda like 50's housewives actually...
