This makes complete sense, because the President while after justice, probably was not intending to piss off more non-militant muslims. M

In a DNA comparison the outcomes are binary. The negative result is 100% the sample did not come from someone in the group of possible sources for the other sample. The positive result indicates that the sample came from someone who might be in the group. How unlikely the sample is to be from outside that group is determined by the type of test and the number of matching markers. With highly degraded samples the results are often very tentative. With a sample of blood drawn and handled apporpiately the DNA match can be very high quality.

The DNA stuff mentioned above is true to a point. You can never prove an EXACT match without sequencing the entire strand. What you CAN do is eliminate 99.999+% of the people. Remember, scientists never PROVE anything. They only DISPROVE all the possible alternatives. DNA was only one of the analytical techniques they used. Apparently, one of his wives confirmed his identity as well as facial identification software among other tools.
