It would have made a big difference when he was nearly killed in 2002 but even though he seems to be dead it looks like he has won by greatly intensifying tension between the West and the Islamic World.

I am very gratified on behalf of my cousin who died in one of the towers. It does not matter how long it took, the fact that it is finally done is phenomenal news and anyone who thinks otherwise is a moron.

I was skyping with my son (the deployed Marine) while watching the news, and he told me that the SEALS who did this are part of the Joint Special Operations Unit that he is assigned to. I am very proud of our country and all our servicepeople right now. As a native New Yorker, this helps heal some of the wounds that have been festering for too long. and now I wait to see how FOX News and the GOP will spin this against Obama

I've never been happy about a person's death, until tonight. Hopefully, now, there can be a little closure for his victims families, not just here in the US, but all over the world.
