one party alone cannot dissolve a 2 party agreement, nice try

Uh, thanks for nothing.   And they certainly can. Again; I point you to divorce decrees.  Go learn some law before you flap your gums with this constantly and wholly cretinous bullshit.

Funny how a thread that dealt with the US meddling in a number of countries has deteriorated to an argument about the slave trade.

I find it funny that hunky would single out the United States, when in truth, the entire western world has interfered with other countries since the Columbus sailed to the new world.

Consider the way Great Britain interfered in China and India, as well as a large number of African countries, not to mention the middle east after world war I.

The Dutch in Malaysia, Java, etc.

The French in Indochina.

The blaming of one country is actually quite ridicules, and singling out the United States is even more so.

I do not know why you addressed this to me for I have not singled out any country. Hunk and punkass motherfucker stated that the u.s. had been medling in other countries business for a long time...owner mentioned that he felt that the u.s. had done a lot of good. I simply asked if any one could name any of those good things. So far no one has come up with much in the way of good that the u.s. has done for human kind or society in general. You and I seem to be the only ones on the thread that knew that the u.s. had only executed one person for slaving on the high seas.

Oh I dunno... marriage is a two party agreement that can be disolved by only one party.

no it cant.   one party can destroy it not dissolve it, not all by their lonesome.

I brought it up because it is costing us trillions at the expense of necessities at home.

Happens all the time, it's called breach of contract.

Real0ne -> RE: US meddled in 50 nations over 130 times in 121 years By: ROTP Tags: * HIDDEN HISTORY The unen (5/7/2011 6:06:23 AM)

yes, but breach of contract is not dissolution of contract.

which is the point here.

they were entitled to suffrage.

they all voted against the 14th

the 14th creating the "commercial" cit-izen was a phenomenal failure.

rightfully so

and the south was right.

We should meddle in more. Actually, we should stop foreign aid to our enemies. Stop foreign aid period.

The only trouble with this asswipe is that the extant law is wholly in disagreement with your fantasy, and rightly so..

It is called the US constitution.  Have you considered performing nude law comedy?  It might actually bring someone to your shows.

Well all of Europe and damn near all of Asia. Oceana. Increasingly large hunks of Africa, South America.....

You were going to tell us the good that the u.s. has done in these places?????

Yes, try to think about the world if we hadn't been there.....yes a lot of good

I'm sure you are right but so far I have not seen a lot of it posted.

I laid the areas out for you. Just waiting for you to refute. Which I don't think you can. Our intervention in those areas over the past 100 years has kept those areas from being controlled and decimated. Millions more lives would have been lost without that intervention

the unlawful 14th was discussed on the floor.

I posted the congressional record

wtf are you talking about

mnottertail -> RE: US meddled in 50 nations over 130 times in 121 years By: ROTP Tags: * HIDDEN HISTORY The unen (5/7/2011 7:23:47 AM)

Yeah, and I discussed the Vietnam war in a bathroom once. Neither of us had any of our language inserted into the constitution, what did make it there was the 14th amendment.

Remember your 'Provost' post?  How the 50 governors were gonna be jailed?  You posted that, it never happened.  There are alotta things gonna happen that disagree with the shit you repeatedly post that has no basis in realities.

Real0ne -> RE: US meddled in 50 nations over 130 times in 121 years By: ROTP Tags: * HIDDEN HISTORY The unen (5/7/2011 7:30:13 AM)

Bringing it to the board is not the same as owning it lol

of course your discussions with yout turnds wont go into the constitution.

Yes, you posted that before, many times, we have a guy that is pissed off on the floor and speaking his mind.  You post 5 or six things over and over again ad nauseam, they were valueless the first time you did it, and they are valuless evidence of anything the 10 thousandth time you will.

That is a far cry from a legal tour de force, and it is a far cry from evidence, and it is a far cry from unassailable truth. It is some fuckin jamoke running his fucking mouth on the floor.  there are many jamokes that do that everyday, nothing special there.

again, if I point out to you a flat tire in my garage and say, this is proof that kennedy was killed by a team, it would be just as germane.

No one doubts the guy said it, what is doubted is the unassailable truth of it.We goddamn sure know that it went about as far in its effect on american history as the Cuban invasion did if it would have been successful, because you see; it wasn't.

House Congressional Record June 13th 1967 - The Non_Ratification_14th_Amendment-1.pdf

Ron if the Congressional Globe is not good enough here is the congressional record Pages 15641 - 15646 explains how it was not ratified and how they violated the law and on and fucking on.

To say it is irrelevant only shows you to be a shit house lawyer and shit-house lawyers see no value in anything that upsets their shit-house and dragging the kitchen sink into this and pretense that the record is meaningless wont help you.
~Willful ignorance.

mnottertail -> RE: US meddled in 50 nations over 130 times in 121 years By: ROTP Tags: * HIDDEN HISTORY The unen (5/7/2011 9:51:56 AM)

There is no difference in their worthlessness as evidence, or their legal worthlessness, or the reality of their worthlessness.  So the Louisiana legislature, did they actually deliver it to the 50 governors of the 50 states, and did it meet with anymore success than the 'provost' asswipe you posted?  Or the magna charta asswipe you post, or the crown asswipe you post, or the saving to the suitor asswipe you post, or the maritime law asswipe you post, or the fringe on the flag asswipe you post, or the 9/11 asswipe you post or the concentration camp asswipe you post?

I have proven by your brand of logic that cement is used exclusively for the construction of lighter than air craft, with like valid proofs.

By your logic if someone of conspiratorial convoluted stories tells you to jump off a bridge, you do it, because the more idiotic they are, the less tightly wrapped they are, the more they can confute the issue, the moreso they must be the bearers of truth.
