I have read positive experiences and know it happens, but there is no "bad experience" place to post.
I would believe that for every positive experienc that there is one or two bad ones as well. Am I wrong?
I think it would be rather enlightning to know and to warn others as well.

Mmmm...actually I've never had a bad experience in the 9 years I've been doing this.  Attitude is a lot of it, I tend to view most experiences in life positively.  The other side of it is that I've always been particular whom I've had experiences with and made sure I took the time to know them first.

Every human has had bad things happen to them.  I hope my life doesn't get so unbalanced as to have two sucky things happen for every bad thing.

Shit happens, you control what you can to avoid it and deal with it when it gets thrown at you anyway.

I'm not sure what boards you have been reading, but collarme has more than enough posts about bad slave experiences, so that it should be its own genre here. This site can be nothing but negativity at times.

This is true and although I much more enjoy reading about the positive experiences here...However,I also like to think that there is a little bad in all of us.

I personally have not had a bad experience as a slave, but Sir and I have had a bad experience with a slave.....
 
Let's just put it this way, one we thought would be a great addition to our household turned out to be a crack addicted, lying, coniving person....and sadly she not only burned us once, but now twice....which has not only made Sir but myself as well very leary of letting another into our house and hearts.

The only bad experience I have ever had in relationship was before I was introduced to Master/slave relationships.

As long as you work as hard as you can on a relationship, it's not a failure.  You may choose wrong (badly), but if you aren't working with all of the information, it's not your fault.  You learn from the bad experiences and are better able to avoid them in the future.  There will always be users and liars in life, but there are also honest, genuine people.

everyone has bad experiences
god knows i have had my share.  i guess to me the point of not posting them would be for 2 reasons
1 - i would never wish to humiliate the person with whom i have had these bad experiences (unless i really hated them) but in doing that then what does that tell me of my slavery ....to go out of my way to be more of a spiteful bitch than i can already be quietly?

2 - i dont dwell on it what would be the point.....the telling of my story wouldnt stop any one else from making their own mistakes...........i learned what was needed to be learned and moved on

I have blogs FULL of bad troll emails, as far as real life expereinces, yup, I have those too. Bad experiences and emails and IMs I post off-site so I don't get in trouble with the mods on here; I have warned a few girls off from the trolls and predators who have contacted me, they try new tricks and email me, I just post those up and their pics if possible.

I have head my head nearly put through a car window on the way back from camping by an a**hole on here, he was nice in the beginning, but he went nuts and told me I 'deserved it' [I have a wintess to that]. Add in cyber-stalkers and those who send me hatemail and threats, yup, I have had bad expereinecs and some great ones as well.

I look at and for the good ones, the bad ones are just that, bad and negative. I post the negative ones on one journal and I talk to friends and others about the good ones.

Well we may not have a specific area for 'bad experiences', but there are a lot of people who don't hesitate at starting a thread moaning or bitching when they haven't had things work out the way they wanted. Some days they seem to make up the majority of active threads. Perhaps it would be nice to have a specific forum to do this in, to keep it off the main boards. But from CollarMe's point of view, why would they? They're a personals site, they want to give the impression of success. Hence they want to advertise the good experiences without playing up the bad. You can't blame them for that.

I think there's a big difference between a "bad experience" and the general irritations of things not going how one wants.

one did have a bad experience, and would not wish to go through it again.  Yet one learned from it, and grew from it, so has chosen to focus on the good things that came from it and not dwell on the bad.  A few months ago one wasn't able to do this - but the fact that now one can shows how one has become stronger and more confident.

Very good point, Katy.  Sure, we've prolly all had bad experiences, but choosing wisely will help prevent repeat occurrences.

I had a very nasty experience with someone but because they were local, and I know people in the local community, it was taken care of....quietly. They aren't here anymore and they aren't involved in the local community either. There's no reason for the entire site to know what happened.

I'm generally optimistic by nature, and would not enjoy reading about negative experiences for their own sake.  However, being fairly new to this lifestyle, I think it would be helpful to have a forum where other's can share their experience of what to watch out for.  I have learned a lot on my own, but it is always nice to get direction/feedback from those more knowledgable than myself.
