I remember when Prince William and Jude Law were in a death race to see who could go bald with the stiffest upper lip and the least dignity. Good times!

Exactly. Going bald is funny.

Fighting going bald is hysterically funny.

2 words: William Shatner.

Another bald guy who fought it and lost - Burt Reynolds

Exactly.

Accept it and look cool: Sir Patrick Stewart. Yul Brynner, etc.

Fight it and look tragic beyond measure.

This tragic figure opted not for a rug, or surgery, or pills, but the old "if I grow it long here, and pull it over this way, no one will notice"

Bobby Charlton has a lot to answer for, and his hair "style" is in the top 3.

If he hadn't led by (bad) example, others would maybe not have followed :)

Im not sure Trump would look better if he just shaved it off.... come to think of it his face is quite ugly too. You have to have a handsome face to bring off the bald look

Maybe so, but better to be a somewhat ugly chap than a laughing stock.

If anyone remembers the show Ally McBeal, there was an episode in which a guy was fired because of a bad comb-over.
He had like 2 feet of thin strands of hair carefully swirled around his head and he was sure no one could tell.
And of course, everyone knew.

I think of that everytime I see "the Donald".

If nothing else, you would think a man with his money could afford something more convincing.

But, as I say, the act of "covering up" is the mark of a total twat.

He is in denial, and because he is rich enough to buy people to kiss his ass, including his wife, he has no one to give him an honest assessment of how bad his hair is. Can you imagine how everyone only tries to ingratiate themselves into his good graces? When Oprah recently offered to give him a makeover, I think it might have been the first time anyone had dared suggest to his face that he needed one...

Perhaps after all the flack over his hair upon announcing for the White House, he might have found out that his hair needs a major overhaul. While he is at it, he needs to quit using whatever he colors his hair with as a facial bronzer... how else would you explain his orange hair matching his orange skin?
