The ones from twenty year old men claiming to be feared and respected local masters who then list their wank fetishes are common. There are some who get off on describing how cruel and dehumanizing they are. One recent jewel had endless pontification of how Dom he was. When he saw I'd viewed his profile, he wrote me and demanded to know why, saying he didn't have the time to train me in how to be a Dom, and suggesting that my viewing him was likely an admission that I was really a sub at heart. He now has a journal entry ranting about my response to him.

Your post reminded me of a time when I was perving profiles and discovered one with a very familiar set of words. I did some checking, and sure enough this unimaginative critter had copied, verbatim, the profile of another dom I had exchanged messages with on CM. I knew it likely wasn't the other way around because a.) the one I knew actually conversed in the same style as his profile and b.) the unimaginative one had a more recent join date. When I informed the person I was acquainted with about his pilfered profile, he already knew about it. He wasn't sure whether to feel flattered or offended. *L*
I don't understand why people get their knickers in a knot just because someone has viewed their profile. When I had my profile up, if someone viewed it and didn't message, I thought they were either just out perving, were curious because of a post here or else they just weren't interested in what they read. *sniff* Why do people invent stuff?
