I can tell you my fantasies about it, since it's nothing I've done, have yet to run into anybody who's interested in watersports period, and it's not a major fetish of mine, more like an extension of a humiliation fetish: I'd like to tie a girl up, fully clothed, then torture and tease her till she pees herself.
More of a mind game, i.e., we, as a culture have pretty strict rules about where when and how it's ok to take a piss, it's a subject of much shame and embarrassment which can be pretty hot under the right conditions, but it's all in your head - if it's just taking a piss it probably wouldn't be all that exiting, most women I've known a little too practical minded for that to generate much besides snickering, it would require a little more extensive psychological priming.
I did have a GF for a while that was a real gusher, it isn't pee, but it's a lot like being peed on when she was on top, it smells a lot like urine, etc., I just accepted it, but after a while I started to look forward to it, that warm liquid flowing over me, messy but oddly gratifying (she was multiorgasmic), kind of an acquired taste.
Anyway, that's what I like, though I suppose if anybody asked me to try something different, I'll try most anything once.
