Agreed. Lovely as it *sounds* to have someone come over and mow the lawn for me (especially this week with my allergies being godawful), the reality is that if you are not one of those bonded cleaning agencies with good references, I may not want you knowing where I live, etc, unless we have been friends for a while first (and certainly met).
