Dear theRose4u, Ladies and Gentlemen; I don't think any legal body would agree to a waiver, without having board certified doctors showing just cause and or medical reasons for such a procedure. Even so, all boards be it legal and or medical can be superceded by higher courts and the local and federal state's attorney's office. Those seeking gender reassignments are able to have the procedure done so, those seeking removal of genitals should go that route, I would think. Otherwise, the dominant would be arrested for crimes they committed, even if the other person consented. Just because the victim is and or has insane choices, the other party (dominants) cannot claim the insanity as a plea. I rather stick to my mental creativities and blow the mind and give them an unforgetable memory. Ok - you guys, for real now. Ball popping just means putting them in your hands, like you would Benwa type balls....and squeezing them together so that one sort of 'pops' out of place compared to the other one. it's just a quick movement that creates a fast/scary/exhilirating sensation for the guys. I really dont' think we're talking about popping them open and making the guy go to the hospital (maybe i'm wrong) :-)

Yet, of late it seems that old labels get re-assigned to much different things. Eunuch fantasy and remove the man's wobbly bits is often a demand these days and labeled as 'ball popping.' It really has to be negotiated further as to which ball popping they are talking about. These types of questions always shock everyone but it's surprising to note that usually it's the male slave who asks for such extreme things to be done to him.
