I don't know if the height of the heel has anything to do with it, but I swear the high heels make a female tighten up her "tail section" in a very interesting way (weg), when they walk.
 
twice is actually multi-speed Dustyn...quite a useful trait actually..lol. I make it a point not to challenge her to races though...one place we might butt heads (in a bad way).

Thanks all for your great advices.
I now realises that I’ve been way too ambitious.
Last week we bought her a pair of 75 mm fairly chunky heels – she chose them her self and I must say she looks quite hot in heels and blue jeans.
But what pleases me even more, is that she doesn’t seem to have any problems wearing them all day long and that she seems quite keen on learning to wear the really high ones I bought for her in a gracefully and effortless manner .

Maybe she even will be able to walk in these beauties someday.[;)]

Hello,

Suggestions:

Start 3 inch for a week 4- 8 hours a day
Start 4 inch for a week 4- 8 hours a day
Start 5 inch for a week 4-8 hours a day

i would suggest platforms with a thick heal to start with then go to the thin heels.

Also most shoe stores sell non slip cushion pads to go on the ball part of your shoe, to help you feel more comfortable when wearing them.

When i am breaking in a new pair of 4-6 inch heels, i often put a x of masking tape on the bottom of the shoe for traction and grip purpose and find this helps take the wiggles out of my step. Then after the shoe is broken in remove the x tape.

When working out add leg lifts, curls and squats. Swimming is a good leg toner as well. Or weights when walking w/ walking shoes.

But the best training for heels is PRACTICE, practice always makes perfect.

Now if You are wanting grace, poise, proper stance, how to sit in heels, how to walk in heels, etc send her to a finishing school or modeling class, it did wonders for my education.

i've watched what's happened to dancers' backs....they are a bit bowed backward in the heels as chest and butt tend to be stuck out.  They walk that way normally and it doesn't feel that great!  Remind her about good posture....it's very easy to slip into that body stance when in big heels (and trying to be sexy [:D]) but it can lead to back pain.  i have to remind myself all the time wearing my heels to keep my body straight.

I have a veteran stripper friend  (and a pro domme) who teaches girls all aspects of the art, including how to walk in heels--what exercises to do etc. You might want to have a your girl work in a club for a while(dancer or waitress) where she can practice in heels and learn from the other girls. Although it is true that some strippers cheat by developing a sway back, you will want your girl to learn good posture from the start, once she is pretty good at walking in heels you might want to have her practice an old modelling trick  at home. Have her walk with a book balanced on her head until she can do so  a long time without droppng it. One has to maintain good posture to be able to do this.
