just wondering what attracts a mistress/goddess etc to a sub's profile.?

ive tried everything and with little luck, naked photos, vanilla photos, body photos, detailed profile, straight to the point profile... am i missing something or just wasting my time?????

any advice (sensible), would be gratefully received.

First bit of advice. Kill the full frontal nudity in your main pic.

You know, your profile is actually pretty good!

My best advice to you would be to get involved in your local scene and go to a munch! I am sure they have those in the U.K. don't they? Peon? Anyone?

1. Read the FAQ at the top of this section.
2. There is no rule #2
3. Don't try gimmicks...present yourself the way you are.
4. Patience...patience...and even more patience. I've been on here a long time, and while I've had some fun encounters, I've yet to meet anybody who was a close enough match to consider a prospect.
5. Change your pictures...you are all body and no face, and your profile shouldn't spend a lot of time on your particular kinks...that's what the interests check list is for. You are part of the large group of men seeking the attention of a small group of woman. Think of yourself as a product, and sell it!! What makes you different from all the other male subs out there vying for her attention.
6. Patience...patience...and even more patience.

I'd say: project the non-kink side of yourself, badlieutenant. Chat with a domme pretty much as you would with a vanilla woman. Be friendly, be funny, be kind . . . that kind of stuff. You know the drill. ;-)

Otters: yes indeed, there are munches and the like here, too. As at CM, there is, unfortunately, the same problem of malesubs outnumbering femdoms. But the advice above stands.

And seriously, BL - please do lose that full-frontal pic. A woman's going to want to get to know a bloke first, and his carcass later. Again, that rule is the same as it is in the vanilla world. You say you wear suits - I'd try one of yourself in a suit for your main pic at CollarMe. The men who've done that have been something of a hit with the ladies here

The profile might be good, but nobody is going to go looking for it past the pic. All a nudity shot (unless it's one of someone exceptionally hot) say is "look...... another naked dude on the internet". If the OP hadn't have created the thread, a large majority of people wouldn't have bothered to read the profile to see if it was good at all.

Guys tend to think they are going to create a profile and women will be falling at their doorstep. It doesn't work that way. It's just a dumb move to start out with a nudity shot that says, "here's a picture of the penis for you to enjoy, Mistress, Janice Mistress".

thanks for all the comments - i would point out ive had pics of me in a suit, and non naked pics and that didnt work either!, maybe time to get some new pics done... regards all.

The picture in the suit is a nice one, though what I would suggest is don't take a picture of yourself like that, if you look at VC's profile, she also took a picture of herself but it looks more artistic, yours seems a bit like "I had nobody who would take a picture of me...." Take a picture or pictures of yourself with a digital camera, if you want to appeal to a certain type or you want to go for a certain activity (you mentioned service in your profile) how about playing that up a bit with a picture where you look a little bit like a butler? It would be a nice touch...

Also not sure if it is a good idea to show your face so obviously, just thinking logically, if you are working in an environment where you wear a suit, you usually are in contact with clients - now anybody can check the site and somebody might stumble over your profile, a screen shot, a relatively anonymous email account and colleagues and your boss could get that sent... It could open cans of worms, or it might not happen, but why risk it? (Just my take on it)

Your best option is really going to munches and meeting people instead of waiting online what's going to happen, it really is much much easier in person and when you know the other person and they do know you.

I definitely agree with this. Also, it's worth mentioning that people who interact with others on the forums do get more people to view their profile in general. There's a casual banter section where you can get your feet wet just interacting with other folks here.

Try to make the ad about her happiness. Use less "I"s if possible or use them to explain how you can please her. Your ad is well written so make it near perfect by dropping any hint of egocentricity.

If you respond to profiles you might want to create a hidden profile and favorite the ads you're interested in. Pay attention to log in times, there are lots of very well written "lifestyle Domina" profiles that are all logged in at virtually the same time, almost every day, several times a day.

Don't let non responses get you down. If you write one of the ads that seems synchronized you likely aren't even writing to a woman let alone to a sincere lady looking for a relationship.

Yes, my profile is hidden at the moment, but I don't log out either, since I mostly access via phone. Just look LOCALLY. The UK is a hotbed of perversion! And perversity, but that's a whole other thing :)

Basically to be in a group of seemingly linked profiles you would need to be refreshing at exactly the same time as 5-10 other profiles were being logged in. It would also have to be happening almost everytime it was checked no matter the hour. It could be coincidence but I doubt it

For example, there's an ad locally where if "she" logs in I can accurately predict five women who will be logging in next. One evening noone checked their ad in my entire tri state area until 3:15 am when the same group all popped in at once. There were no Black Rose events that night.

These "women" are all very diverse as far as age, race, and physical appearance. What seems to link them is writing style and closely synchronized log in times (often within 60 seconds of each ad or less five others will be checked). It could be coincidence but I don't use CM as a dating resource much anymore due to this situation.

The comment certainly wasn't directed at you though. Your ad is well written but it has none of the other "tells" of the profiles I mentioned earlier, they tend to use a sort of boilerplate outline.

Sometimes I forget to follow up on posts, yours certainly deserves a response so glad I checked here.
