My children got together to make a picture for me today. Which basically means that they discussed it and then my daughter drew it (she's a budding artist). It is a picture of sunbeams bursting through storm clouds. The caption reads, "You make the sun shine on a rainy day!"

That's one of those "awwwww" moments, feastie *grins*. I took my mom out to eat yesterday (at Tuffys), braved the elements to get her a BK chicken sandwich today, and will get her and the ladies at work flowers tommorow.

to mama, who always made sure to get my ass out the door and do something
to mama, who taught me about the finer things in life so I could reach for em as an adult
to mama, who taught me to take care of myself so I wouldent have to be a helpless adult like other macho guys
