Nope, not even referring to Potter. Many testified to the practice, willbe. Why are you trying to sweep this under the rug? Do ou recall the 30% denial rates in California.. the only state that denials were available from... and then the ANA had to give them up?

The web is full of lawsuits. It takes money to sue... or a Lawyer who is willing to do it on a percentage. And then only if the claim may be big enough.

Its a crying shame people have to sue to live.

Did you not watch the congressional meetings on this? HC insiders were admitting to this, willbe.

PacifiCare, a subsidiary of United HealthCare which also insured Gendernalik, paid a hefty settlement in California in 2008 for improperly denying 130,000 claims, among other violations.

"Commercial plans will always, always, compete to avoid sick people, even in a regular marketplace," said Karen Pollitz, director of the Georgetown University Health Policy Institute.

"There has never been a more deadly time for patients in terms of insurance practices," testified Dr. Linda Peeno, a former review physician for Humana insurance in Louisville, Kentucky.

But they dont do that, right?
