Let's change it again; newly minted CPA, Chiropractor, architect, etc. sets up a shingle but the economy is fucked due to unfunded pension liability and a thousand other reasons and they buy what they need first; telephone service, paper, computer, gasoline and THEY are the ones without the insurance, sweet stuff. Your teacher, cop, fireman, corrections officer, etc. are all getting along juuuuuuuuuuuuust fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiine.

ROFL McDonalds... you are joking, right? $2000 cap. That will pay for the ER bed and thats it! Of course, maybe if there was some reform that did not include socialism, they might be able to buy health care coverage. Do you get to grab a steak at the supermarket and eat it without paying? Don't you need food to live? Why isn't everyone getting food for free? In most of the U.S., don't you need clothes to protect you from the elements and keep you healthy? Why aren't we all getting free clothing?

The real rebuttal to the "$2,000 cap" argument is that Obamacare doesnt help the companies with those kind of limited benefits, because they are all getting waivers and they will continue to do so or they will end all health care and send them to the exchanges...which of course is the goal of Obamacare. Single payer via the exchanges.

Fine then... if your premise is ID's don't mean shit, then you should be just as outraged that our laws are being broken, and DEMAND that "Jose" (or whomever) provides proof of citizenship prior to obtaining an ID. Keep in mind, of course, that this sort of thing (i.e., giving non-citizens IDs) is not wide-spread... so it's not like its going to affect every State in the Union. As such, I support the requirement to present identification when voting -- as opposed to just ignoring it because "Jose" in Californa might have gotten away with it.
