is it possible to have a contract or something between dom and sub/master-slave or anyone else that would make sure that I stay shirtless I like the idea of having no choice but to remain shirtless

Yes. Of course. You hook up with someone. Hire a lawyer. He creates a contract that states you must remain shirtless at all times and you both sign it. Whether that will work in your job, going to the grocery store, going to PTA meetings, church, synagogue, etc. is up to you.

It is possible to write a document that says anything. Whether it is a legal contract or not is another story. Whether a court will enforce it or not is is yet another story. Maybe you could just do a pinky promise, OP. That should work. And for god sakes, lay off the Bud if you are going to be shirtless at all times.

An enforceable contract requires an offer, acceptance and consideration. Consideration means, for example. X will pay you 5K a year to be shirtless at all times. In the absence of consideration, it isn't a contract, it is prefactory. So, what is the consideration for you being shirtless at all times? Having said that, I have a hard time imagining a court enforcing such an agreement. Could be interesting, though. Yay, my vanilla ice cream cone went away!

There are no laws, no court nor any other aspect of what passes for a legal system in this country (nor in any other, I don't suppose) that would enforce any such "contract". Sorry to bust your bubble, sweetcheeks. This is the really real world. Unless you are able to be the kept creature of Someone who never lets you leave the house for any reason, you are going to have to wear a shirt sometimes. Why not make it simple - don't wear shirts unless you have to (again, in this reality, there are times when in public that you are required by law to do so, no matter what your Dominant, your pretend contract or your own kinky preferences say otherwise). Easier to just explain you prefer not to wear a shirt if you don't have to. However, expect to be cold in winter. Expect to be told to get dressed so you can go to dinner, go to the neighbors for a barbecue, go to a friend's for Thanksgiving. So you can run errands and pick up his/her dry cleaning, go to the grocery store and bag and carry the groceries. Anyone you're with will most probably also want a companion during real life. Someone to share popcorn with while watching Pirates 4. And real life requires appropriate clothing.

So what happens when you stop at a place with the sign that reads "No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service"? What about when you visit family or friends? They're all ok with you being shirtless at all times? Do you attend church, go to work, attend meetings or group outings? Or are you planning on this person never allowing you to leave the house? If so are they providing for you as well or do you have some way of getting everything you need without ever walking out the door? What about in the wintertime? Unless you live in a 24/7 warm climate are you prepared to keep your heat up enough to keep you toasty all the time? Or is this all just a little fantasy in your head you like to wank off to? Which is fine but ya know....fantasy isn't always doable in reality.

If you look closely at the OP's photo (he attached a larger one), I doubt that he is all that concerned about his appearance, with the tats and piercings. Not that anything is wrong with any of it. You choose to put forth a particular persona in this world and you should do what makes you comfortable. I really think it is a major fantasy about control and for him, it manifests itself in being shirtless. As he admitted, first he has to find someone to work with him on this.
