The sharp tone of "You" or "Now" usually has that stop me in tracks of what I was doing effect.

He says my full name and then "enough". It shuts me down even though i am not very graceful about it. I am not one of those "oh he has spoken types". I am more one of those more to say "grrrr i have more to say and now i cant say it and i am not very happy right now" types.

"...that's it..."

Always stops me dead no matter what I am doing or saying. Switches me immediately to the reality of whats about to happen next. Its the tone of voice...so calm! I know its far too late to apologize. He is always right though, its very rare but sometimes I do deserve it ;(

For me He only has to give me a look. His looks say it all. However, if I am in rare form he may have to get to "the word" as I put it. "Enough." said in a stern voice will stop me in my tracks. Thankfully I have not had to hear that word from Sir yet.

We don't have a word Master has a look. When i get the look i know i have stepped way to close to the line and i back off, He does not have to say a word. It is funny that a look can stop me in my tracks, bu i have learned what happens when i don't heed the look now it stops me.
