Status: offline 		A U.S. government official confirmed for News10 Wednesday morning federal agents with the Office of the Inspector General (OIG), not local S.W.A.T., served the search warrant. The official would not say specifically why the raid took place.   He did say the search was not related to student loans in default.

Status: offline 		Just do a web search, and you'll get all the right-wing conspiracy theory sites that are claiming the same thing. Surprisingly pahunk didnt use prison planet's version of the tale...

However, right-wing sites never seem to CHECK THEIR FACTS to see if they are right (nor does pahunk apparently). They just see 'big brother' attacking Americans over petty things with extreme use of force. So, let me give you the CORRECT information...

No I dont.   They already tipped their hat that they are after the gal.

I dont see why they even have the authority.    What did the warrant say?  There must be probable cause and it must be listed on the warrant.

Status: offline 		First of all you might want to use a reliable source before you start asking US impossible questions and making up your own conspiracy theory about it.
You shouldnt assume so much? cos often times you have unrealistic expectations of what you get to know and what you dont.

Did you even bother to read my post, #6 above? The person the SWAT Team was after most likely did something along the lines of "...bribery, fraud, and embezzlement of federal student aid funds". Last I checked, bribery, fraud, and embezzlement tyically gets the police involved and not just for federal student loans, but for many other things.

Now who signs off on those warrants, pahunk? A Judge. Someone whom knows a helluva lot more about the US Legal system than you do.
