A polygraph administered by a publisher who has everything to gain from a certain result and administered to a woman who makes a living lying has no credibility whatsoever. Meanwhile Vitter didnt try for one second to deny the Washington story.

Lying to his constituents, contributors, the media and the country about something current and which if he was telling the truth would mean others were criminals is FAR worse than sexual improprieties years before, yes.

Status: offline 		Since there was an attempt to garner outrage it was obvious that he is Republican otherwise I wouldn't have known anything about him.  Did he claim to be a victim of a terrorist attack?   Did he create fear that enemy nations had access to congressmen's accounts.  Did he disrupt congress to avoid a little bad publicity.  No!  That plus the time passed is the difference.
