I think I already covered why many women, especially black women, have high failure rates with birth control.

A fetus would, at the moment of conception, be a human with full protections, such as against murder. However, in your scenario, you never once addressed the host of that life. Here is the deal. No Planned Parenthood. No Abortions. No birth control. This is the religiously conservative platform. These guys need to build more bathrooms. And then Michele Bachmann suggests the women stop off at express abortion centers in malls between doing some shopping and picking up Starbucks. I oppose the passage of such a law. IMO abortion should be available on demand with few restrictions.
