Status: offline 		I am talkig to a slave who's Mistress died and left her a sum of money and other valuables. The late Mistress's lawyer wants Me to take the inherentance directly without going through the slave. What should I do? Do I take it directly after she becomes My slave or have the slave transfer it after? I hope there is someone out there that's had this situation.

Are you serious? Did you read your post? Did it make ANY sense at all? Can you figure out ANY way a lawyer can give away someone's inheritance to another person in the way you describe without risking their licence to practice? SERIOUSLY?

Status: offline 		If you were to execute an enduring power of attorny, giving you POA over your slave, then the lawyer would be bound to follow your instructions wrt the disposal of the inheritance.

I'd be happy to draw up the paperwork for free, but there will be a few court charges for filing and registration. If you go ahead and pop $350 into my paypal account I can get started straight away.

Status: offline 		Have you ever heard of the 'Nigerian Scam'?  ....what you are describing is classic.  ...also a twist on the Spanish Prisoner.  In short, run.   But, if you really weren't will to, tell her to bring it in a suitcase when you pick her up at the airport....and don't buy the plane ticket for the trip either.  ...I would gladly print this out, eat my words, and be happy for you if she does it.

I know, right? I asked him to do my will last week and he didn't charge much....money.

OP, it seems a bit too good to be true. I'm wondering along with the others if you've met the slave and if this isn't a scam. It certainly sounds like one. No one usually gives away assets for any reason especially to someone that they're not attached to already. It's pretty hard to get a slave for one thing....ask the many Dominant men out there looking for one. And then to be talking to them in what seems to be a beginning stage and have them offer you assets, well, holy cow. The whole my Master/Dom whoever died thing has been done to death.

It sounds like National Inquirer level legal idiocy. Ask a Lawyer in your jurisdiction who gives free consultations what they think.

Status: offline 		Thanks for your replys. I have been testing the lawyer out and her also. I told the lawyer that she is entitled to it and she would have to give it to Me. So far I haven't heard back from him. Thanks especially to crazyml.
