Hello all, First let me say it is good to be back. I had a 2 year relationship that had one foot in the kink but that foot turned out to be a lie also.

Well I don't know about Doms, but I'd be very, very disappointed if Hanners didn't eat pussy. In fact I don't think I would want to be in a relationship with a woman who didn't. If somebody wouldn't because they didn't like doing it, I could accept that (still probably wouldn't get into a relationship with her, though) But if she wouldn't do it because she felt it diminished her status as a Dominant, I'd be tempted to tell her to relax, because she had no such status in my eyes anyway.

I thought a big part of being a Dominant was to do what you like doing, and not worrying about what others think about it.

I know that doing what Hanners likes is a biggest part of my being a sub, and I don't worry what others might think about how submissive what I do for her makes me, so why should she?

As a submissive, whatever the Man who will choose me wants to do to satisfy me is plenty enough for me.  As far as I'm concerned, it's not "too much" or "too little" dominance or submission I worry about.  If we're right for each other, and we make each other happy then I don't really care what anyone else says.  It's going to be *our* relationship and we'll do as we please.  The outside world doesn't live with us, isn't part of our lives, so what they think is up to thir business, I don't need or want to hear about it.  I do enough worrying for about 10 people, and I won't worry about others who think we should live our lives differently.

There's nothing in the yet-to-be-written "Dummies for Dominants" that says you can't please your submissive.  Her happiness is just as important as yours.  There's also nothing to say it has to be a strict relationship with very little communication, honesty, truth or trust.  If that isn't there, then the relationship won't last very long.  As a sub, I need to be able to express myself verbally and not be frightened about showing my emotions.  Therefore, I need an understanding man who'll listen to me carefully, let me express my opinions without fear of retribution, care for me and love me for the best me I can be.
