It sounds like he is mostly just unhappy for not getting the type of job he feels he is worthy of. I would guess most people that have been unemployed are in the same boat, no matter what company they work for. It is easier to get a job when you have one, so cuz he doesnt like his job, is he still sending out his resume and looking for a job elsewhere? Or is he just gonna stay where he is and be bitter and whine to anyone he meets? But then, who wants to hire a whiner... maybe that was a factor in him not getting a job for a year until Walmart? Btw, this economy has hit a lot of people like your ex-manager, it hit me too, worse than him, btw. But I dont bitch about what I have been thru nor will I cuz I am not that type of person. I dont look behind, i look ahead. Its still not easy for me now but dam it, at least I am gonna try and try and try. No one is gonna do it for you.

I like this one If 50% of the lawyers in this country were drowned and 50% of the law schools were closed, this would be a better place.

Yeah and my brother is one of them, unfortunately. I wonder just how good (or bad) the lawyers that were representing these women were. I have sued a lawyer for negligence before so just because someone is a lawyer doesnt make him/her a good lawyer.

The Scotus isn't"leaning to the right".... It has fucking fell completely over to the right...and is ,currently as we speak,engaging in undoing over 40 some odd years of progress.

Perhaps a better overall solution is just that, to have a govt body set up to enforce its own laws? Perhaps that is what employees and unions should lobby for? Or is that asking too much? Incredible. You dont know the labor laws here but you are so damn sure you are correct.
