Actually, if you want to get technical about it I suspect that your parts are both self-lubricating and oil cooled. But it is still important (And FUN) to have your
partner check. In fact I usually check using more than one method.
In some things one can never be too thorough.

I shower and wash my hair.
Then I get in the communal hot tub.
Then I get out and shave and wash my hair.
Then I go to the communal steam room.
Then I go to the communal cold tub.
Then I go to the hot tub with a pack of some sort on my face.
Then I go to the waterfall.
Then I take a shower (or get exfoliated by some tiny little woman who introduces me to places I didn't know had skin)
Then I take another shower after the exfoliation.
Then I drag my ass out of there.

What? Isn't that how EVERYBODY does it?
