Status: offline 		I just love the self defense angle. In the article I read, he said he pounded on her door and she answered it, waving a kitchen knife at him, then stepped onto the porch still waving it, so he grabbed it from her and stabbed her.

How did she have time to set down her little cup of ice cream in all that?

Think outside the box, There are others who need closure and need to hear the confession in order to heal their families...The Browns and The Goldmans, not to mention The Simpsons... Everyone involved.

Aylee may be literal like I am.  Everyone involved means Nicole and Ron, in addition to their families.

He was charged with 1st degree murder. I don't understand why they can't hit him with 1st degree manslaughter. I think double jeopardy applies to the charge and not the event.
  Perhaps I am wrong... but that is how I believe double jeopardy works.

I would only REALLY BELIEVE AND ENQUIRER Cover story if there was an Alien Baby featured ... Welcome back BTW .... We had fireworks and much rejoicing and a rally with over a million people with only 9 arrests for public drinking.

I wouldn't blame Oprah a bit for wanting such an interview.  It would be one hell of an exclusive. 

As a side note, I do have to wonder *if* OJ actually gave such an interview and admitted guilt, do you think all of the people who swore up and down that he was innocent would recant their prior statements?  It might just be enough for Me to actually get a Twitter account.

If this is true and he has made such a confession, then I dont see it as a confession at all, he is trying to justify killing not just one but 2 people, like it wasnt his fault, (honest). He has lost the adoration of many of his former fans that thought he walked on water, that held him up to be a role model. I would hazard a guess that many still treat him like leper and what he really wants is for people to worship him again. So if he is now trying to say she attacked him he is doing so in an attempt to get sympathy and be accepted again.

We were speaking, specifically, of an ADW charge.

The statute of limitations for assault with a deadly weapon is 3 years in California, upheld by the Court of Appeals 2nd District in The People vs Hector Gutierrez, Jan. 21, 2010.
