Status: offline 		He signed the bill and just 2 weeks later the state has lost millions in lost produce. And if he hadn't signed the bill, everything would be just peachy down there right? Sorry, I am having a hard time buying that line.

Status: offline 		Some of you people need to educate yourself. We already have a guest worker program, and I believe it's called the H1-b Visa program. All the growers have to do is come clean and they can get as much legal help as they want.

Cucky, I am VERY familiar with that program. It took us 10 months to get a guest worker visa for an Argentinian Electron Microscopist at a company I used to work for.

Wanna multiply that by 10,000 to pick fuckin beans?

H-1B Work Visa Eligibility Requirements: The H-1B Non-Immigrant Work Visa may be issued to applicants seeking temporary work in a "Specialty Occupation" which requires the skills of a professional.
