I've heard this before, it's cute. I'm waiting for the version that celebrates arsenic-based life forms.

To play along, here's a version you might appreciate:

Be generous with men. Whatever you give, they will mess with.

If you give him an egg, he'll give you a bowling ball to push out.
If you give him a house, your plumbing will never be the same.
If you give him groceries, start with the vegetables. If you give him the snacks...you're screwed.
If you give him a smile, he will salute without lifting a finger.
He expands and confuses anything you give him. So if you ask him to fix the car, it's your own damn fault.

Men are evil. We like it that way.
When someone gives us grief, we slap them down and buy them a beer afterwards.
