I don't know about calorie count, but semen is an antidepressant. Unfortunately, I'm immune to blow jobs so far. Like I said, think eggwhite. Similar in protein. However, the carbs vary tremendously, not only dude to dude, but day to day. The amount of fructose one of my guys produced was like a mood ring: when happy, he was sweet, when stressed, he tasted bitter; likely secondary to his hydration, and his sneaking a forbidden smoke when under pressure [:'(], but I found his sweetness charming. I want to compare the cost of the meal I cooked for my guy and I vs the cost of Mcdonalds meal. My Meal ( for 2 active adults) Steak-6.00 Steam fresh broccoli- 2.50 brown rice ( made 2 cups)- 1.50 Cucumber ( cucumber water) - 50 cents ( love farm stands) onion (Farm stand gold) ! 50 cents Total- $11.00 Mcdonald. ( for two adults... maybe not so active lol) Value Combo Meal 1 ( Big Mac) $7.00 V alue combo meal 2 ( Big Mac) $ 7.00 Total-$ 14.00 Both meal options offer two meals . Mcdonalds ( on average) costs more. Which one would you want?

indeedily; eating better and eating at home does sometimes cost less. and eating better doesn't have to mean buying super expensive brands and organic everything, though farmers markets are great ways to get produce -- back home we had a road-side farm stand that was run by a family for i dunno how many decades. BEST produce in the world came from that place, and it was mindnumbingly cheap. it doesn't necessarily seem that way at the outset, but that's been the case for me.
