Part of that has to do with the lead going in the other direction, Kana.  It doesn't work that way for male submissives.  There's even more white noise on the internet for them to stack up against.  Somebody with no experience?  You're damn near screwed. 

Quality is always going to come through.  While what determines quality varies from person to person, whatever those standards are, people know it when they see it.  The internet can be something of a "where's Waldo" page for female Dominants.  There are so many in the sea that it's harder for a good male submissive to be spotted.
