Personally, I don't view what you've addressed above as "finanical domination" -- but rather, a "tribute". YMMV (shrugs)

I was talking about relationships that center around, or at least include a big element of, money transfer from the sub to the dom simply because the idea of such an exchange is very enjoyable for both parties for the sake of a fetish rather than logically sound financial plans or as part of a TPE scenario. I guess that would be called "tribute" rather than "financial domination," but I won't lie, I don't know a lot about it or the correct terminology. I wasn't really talking about a scenario in which "the Owner completely controls the ownee's funds -- thus, rendering the ownee financially dependent upon the Owner." I was talking about money exchange for the sake of money exchange rather than as an extension of TPE used to make the slave more dependent on his/her owner.

I think I need to clarify... in my personal view:

Financial Domination = the slave has ZERO control of any money -- whether it's theirs or not.

Tribute = the sub/slave has control of their money, but offers SOME to their Dom, Domme, Master, Mistress.
