Just wondering what your take is on this ,I have had it said to me that Masters,Doms ,Bulls are nothing but sex toys for the subs .What do you think?

if you believe it's true, then it is for you. if you don't, it's not. personally, i don't. it may be worthwhile to look at some past "who's really in control?" threads -- they crop up from time to time.

I think that sounds totally plausible for someone who builds sex based relationships. That is not me however. Carol is very certainly a sex toy for me, as I am for her, but we are both so, so much more than that to each other. As an aside, my authority over her has nothing to do with sexuality so in that angle the statement is wrong, at least for us.

Sex toys are controlled and used by their owners. You don't serve the sex toy, it serves you (brats and delusional Daddy Doms excluded . . . LOL). I think your comment implies that the D-types are like Service Tops . . . sex toys under the control of the bottom, being used for the bottom's pleasure. Nothing wrong with Service Tops . . . of either gender. There is a plethora proDommes that are willing to service their clients' whims. There are also plenty of D-types that get sexually objectified, worshiped and deified without also getting topped from the bottom and turned into a service toy. My take on this? I think the person that told you "Masters, Doms, Bulls are nothing but sex toys for the subs" is either a Service Top or a submissive that plays with Service Tops and is a newcomer that wouldn't know the difference between a Dom, Master or a Service Top.

Part of every healthy relationship I've seen is using and joyfully being used as a sextoy by your partner. Now if the relationship is more then just unromantic unemotional bdsm sessions then the being/owning a sextoy should only be part of the relationship. If you try to make it all you have I give you about 3 months max.

Of course there are those that'd be considered "Service Tops" (as that's what you've described here), but it's absolutely NOT true of all (and dare I say, most) Doms/Masters.
