FOX and the employees who work in the department would still be on the hook and investigated until the Secret Service is satisfied that they have actually been hacked by outside persons.

You of course mean the Fox News Administration that's over either over it's head or has people inside it's walls who are complete fucking idiots. If you actually READ the articles the Fox News Corporation reported the so-called security failure and subsequent attack to the Secret Service.
   I get it that you have an poor understanding of corporate network security and wherein lie the responsibilities for same. But thanks for continuing to prove your overall ignorance. It reinforces the ability to quickly dismiss your addle-headed posts.

It is however, a court of public opinion.

But if we water-boarded some fox employees,say in front of the rest of them,for days,we would get to the bottom of this pretty quickly.

If after some torture we didn`t,we could always torture out a few faults confessions.As far as fox viewers are concerned,that`s perfectly legitimate and called for.

You still can't conclude anything until the investigation has been brought to a conclusion.
