No one here is stopping you from posting. Step back a bit and try to see you continually bringing up the fact of your dislike of other people's attitudes and reactions on these boards only paint you akin to a spoiled child who is throwing a tantrum because everything isn't going your way all the time. None of us here are immune to being a target of nitpicking at some point or another. Here's a bit of advice given to me that I'll pass on to you, the OP....you will find sympathy in the dictionary between shit and syphilis.

Dude, you really have issues and I'm not talking about your medical problem. People weren't born with rights guaranteed to them when it involves others, no matter how much you try, if you demand people to interact positively with you it's not going to happen solely because that's what you want. If you want friends then learn to be someone likable enough to have them.

You keep criticizing the site....if you don't like it then please go. You criticize the posters and then whine because no one likes you. Honestly...just go find some other place that suits you better and where the kids all play nice.

I really love the way you're always on about people coming here to post when you are here doing the same thing...! Do you honestly not see the contradiction there? Plus, most of the people who post regularly here don't keep posting the same whiny threads that you do. They interact on other threads and add their voice/opinion/information. You seem to join in mainly to complain or whine. And honestly...this is a message board on a computer site, people feel like using it and perhaps contributing to it. That's why it exists. I never understood why it's supposed to be 'bad' to come here and post. If people feel like doing it then that's what it's here for. It's like complaining about people watching tv. If they didn't want to watch it then it wouldn't exist. They must enjoy it and get something out of it.

Imagine if this site didn't exist! You'd have no place to run to and throw tantrums about how no one will play with you and how they all think you're a fool.You really are an attention whore, maybe come to peace with that and find some way to get your needs met that doesn't include pissing off so many people. Find some amateur acting group or something that has an audience so you can find some fulfillment in your obviously empty, lonely life.

Yes. It's also why many long time members only have a post or two here or left long ago.

You are right about the regulars. When you see the same people year after year posting evey waking hour then you realize this is a way of life for some and it is not something we need to actively get envolved with as it will simply lead to nothing good for you. For God's sake, some here have 15000 to 40000 posts, think about it, and when you scan their posting history it really is almost every waking hour. So, there is a segment of the population to whom the forums are vitally important for whatever reason, probably social or physical isolation. Add to that a certain anti-social tendency brought on by too much focus on the computer day after day and this explains some of the more snarky ones. I suppose it is a sickness that could be healed only by removing yourself from this environment and particpating only on a very limited basis.

Now, that will not happen for most and their numbers increase year to year so it gets worse and that will just have to be okay because they will not change no matter who repeats your post and I've seen it repeated many times during the years I've been a member here. So, just pick out what interests you, post sparingly if you dare and try not to stay too long.

This isn't going to do any good, folks. The OP doesn't even begin to get the point of what we are trying to say to him. I am thinking perhaps that he either doesn't want to, or isn't able (witness the incoherency of his posts).

In both cases, we are wasting our time, as well as giving him the attention he so obviously craves.

It would seem to me that this quickest way to make this stop is for the rest of us to go elsewhere, and to teach by example: if it's bad, ignore it.

Just sayin'.

i like a lot of people, i just don't like you, OP. you don't seem to have much to offer anyone.
i really don't know why you stay here when all you do is complain about how horrible a place it is. you do nothing to improve it, you contribute nothing of value, nothing you do is here is worthwhile.
"be the change you wish to see in the world" they say -- well what are you doing about it? NOTHING.

if you could look at your conduct here objectively, rather than continually viewing yourself as a "victim of the empire builders" then maybe you'd see why you don't get a positive reception. you are not entitled to be "liked" by people, simply by virtue of being a person in their proximity. being liked is something you earn -- that's how the world works. why should people like someone who does nothing but insult them?

just to address this tidbit, since the rest is (in my opinion...and I doubt I am alone in that same opinion) tripe...

not everyone works 9-5.  Not everyone is in the same time zone.  Many have access to the internet WHILE at work, and can post when biz is slow. Some may have varying schedules. There are some that are stay at home moms or dads, and need a break while the youngins are sleeping (or doing their chores/homework, as they SHOULD be)...  some are self employed and can do whatever the fuck they want on their computers any time of day or night, when it is convenient for them.  some post frmo their phones, when they have a moment n the way to work and know that the rest of their day is going to be crammed, so break time gives them a few minutes of shits and grins..

just sayin'.

teh rest of the world doesnt necessarily operate in the way you and davyboy think it should, just BECAUSE you think it should.
