3D isn't really new technology. The Blob, I believe was done in 3D and it was released in the late '50s. They've just improved the technology in the past 60 years--as it should have been improved.

A wiffle ball and bat and a frisbee.
I've been going no tech lately other than having to use my laptop for work and perusing the boards occasionally.

I love my iPod classic. It holds 160 GB and believe me, I take advantage of that.
My Kindle is another favorite. I love books but when I can't carry around an armload full, it's my back up plan.
Our phone contract is up next month and Master is encouraging me to get an iPhone. I really don't need it but I guess I could be forced to take an iPad if I just had to

I'm a sucker for a good gadget (and I'm very taken with my vintage pre classic iPod, which is even better for long journeys than a GBA or PSP), but I think there's a few now dead contraptions I preferred back in the day.
8 bit home computers were pretty much the best thing ever, after all...

my new 46" flat screen hd tv.

I have never had a flat screen or hd tv and never had one this large and never with all the channels I currently get. It's pretty kewl.

My old tv was over 20 years old and weighed probably a hundred pounds compared to a light 40 lbs now.

My mp3 player, beyond any doubt. I would seriously rather lose my laptop than my mp3 player. It's never out of arms reach from me. Jump drives also. God, who would have thought, 10 years ago, that I could be walking around with 128gb or more of data on my keychain? LOVE IT!

I am madly in love with my android phone. With real keyboard! It's the devil, of course, it feeds my hellish internet addiction, but I LOVES EEET!

My old favorite gadget was my rechargeable mixer but sadly the batteries won't take a charge anymore.  My new favorite is my electric pressure cooker.  I just push some buttons and it cooks dinner without me adjusting the heat or watching the clock all the time.

I've never used a modern pressure cooker, I grew up with the old kind that could turn into explosive missiles...

Wait... electronic pressure cooker!? O.o Why have I not been told of such a creature. I, like Hibbie, am still using the kind that can rapidly become a weapon of mass destruction.
