Status: offline 		have been over the last few months been talking via email this prosub who says she is sub with few limits

yet she dictates when shes meeting people

so in my estimation she is controlling the situation

which she agrees with yet still says she has few limits

which in my views is wrong as shes picking areas, dates etc

am i being to pinickity or am i right

Status: offline 		Any service provider is going to be the ones making the appointments.  As a professional, she has to consider all of her clients and make the appropriate arrangements.  Just the same as anything else.

If she's not owned, she's right. You have the option of cutting ties, adhereing to her schedule or even eventually collaring her then dictating her actions. Until then, she's a free agent.

1. She's a professional sub, she's going to be concerned about her safety, you are entering a business transaction and she's telling you under which conditions she is willing to do business with you, it doesn't mean that she'll be your sub and enter a relationship with you, it means she's willing to sub for you for an hour, for a fixed price, at a location where she feels safe and at a date when it is convenient for her. Pretty standard... Think about it the other way round, if you'd be a female and you'd be willing to offer the same service, wouldn't you also want to make sure that you're as well protected as you can be?

2. Even if she wouldn't be a pro sub, unless you are in a relationship she'd be a free agent and subs have their own expectations as well, they aren't automatically submissive to everybody who wants to dominate them but to the people they pick, so yes, being specific about when and where to meet is fairly reasonable. She doesn't know you, you could be a mass murdering maniac.

Look, think about if a close friend or family member would be in her shoes, wouldn't you give them advice on how to be safe and advise her to not meet strangers from the internet anywhere but in public places?

look David, submissive people CAN control things. submissive people are often parents who have to control their kids. they manage their time. they don't fly into the arms of any guy claiming to be a Dom who shows interest in them because they have their own interests, too. she will schedule her time and remain in control until such time as she agrees to give that control to someone else.

The terminology on this one has more to do with what is more commonly known than what it really boils down to.  Depending on how you look at it, the same can be said for pro dommes.  The premise in either case is that they are service providers, but if they were called pro bottoms or pro service tops, that wouldn't be as easily recognizable.  Some clients wouldn't know how to find the services in some cases because they aren't familiar with the difference between a sub and a bottom.  When they are having their fantasies of playing with someone, they are thinking "sub".  In doing so, they are also fulfilling the fantasy of the client, which is part of the job as well.

2nd thoughts - if that has been going on for a few months, she doesn't think you will book anyway and thinks you're one of the typical internet wankers, and therefore making it twice as difficult for you before she even thinks about possibly wasting her time (which in her case is money) for somebody who might not show up.
