And in regard to my legal defense fund it will be claimed and then later deducted as a business expense, so the money is a wash. I've spent an additional $1000 or so over what I brought in on the fund. I am not accepting additional donations due to the fact that I no longer need the money. I'm covering deposition costs myself. The deps are well worth cost for entertainment value. The city could not find criminal charges, so they went for made-up zoning charges. People everywhere need to know that unconstitutional zoning laws are popping up everywhere to limit our freedom. This trend, which is an affront to our freedom, is becoming a widespread over the past 10 years. Recently I saw a case on ABC News about an unmarried couple in Missouri who are being evicted from their home because it is a zoning violation there for an unmarried couple to cohabitate. This affront to constitutionally guaranteed freedom everywhere is why I make this fight so public. I want people to see that they can fight city hall and win. That Madra, who does not know me, tries to interfere with my Mission without a shred of fact or evidence, speaks volumes as to her character. MissAnn, I don't know much about the goings on in the pro-domina world, but it seems like the domme's are lining up to tell what you say are lies about you. I know enough about human nature to know that people dont just come forward and tell lies about others, especially not en masse, for no apparent reason. (Im not saying they are or arent telling the truth, Im saying there seems to be no shortage of people who would like others to hear and believe negative things about you.) You dont seem to be the sort of person who walks around with a cloud of victimization over your head, and I seriously doubt that these women are conspiring against you for shits and giggles. I get the impression that you are of the belief that any PR is good PR, so you probably wont take this advice, but for goodness sake why not just let this thread die so people can forget all about these accusations and get back to posting about pajama parties and secret crushes?

Well, well, well. Isn't this a fine mess. ladies, I have not the time or the energy to follow such a long diatribe of enraged egos. I will say this, I know Miss Ann personally. Whereas I cannot verify that she didn't actually do the things she is accused of, I can say that she is capable of that type of dissertation if she is pushed into a corner. Please don't assume that is a negitive comment either. When defamed or attacked most people tend to come back fighting and even fight dirty. So Be It! I will however say this. For whatever faults or foibles Miss Ann has made in the past with anyone in the community, of the past couple of years she has mor ethan earned a place of respect in the Indianapolis Community with the various events, and disscussion groups that she has sponsored. Her store was not advertised with frontage display's, nor was it situated in such a way that children had any access visual or otherwise. The bulk of the merchandise was artwork, and although she did have toys for sale, it was not deemed an "Adult Oriented" by the city of Indianapolis, upoin investigation. She closed her doors due to lacik of supporing business, most likely because it was NOT a street front operation. As for whether or not she actually hurt anyone, I can san say emphatically NO, NEVER, Not Even a Little. Miss Ann is (in all of my experience) one of the most carefull Domme's in town. Events she has spomsored this year alone have raised about $4000 for various charities. She is also one of the instigators of the local community - working toward gettting lifestylers involved. As for the harsh words, it is time for BOTH to stop. This is not the medium for this argument everyone knows it. As for the legal issues here in Indy, the city is wrong and they ar going to lose. Not everyone can like Miss Ann, but but those that do, know a professional FemDom that is driven to promot the lifestyle for its betterment in the community. Having said all this, I would like to see this thread return to its original posting - which is about a person in the community that is being persicuted by the city. Regarless of who likes or dislikes, each other, this entire process affects how we will all live our lifestyle in the future, and thus we should be be supportive of her desire to emerge victorius from this attack by the city. Madra, et al: I saw one of my very favorite clients this evening. Not only has he been a client for years, we have also become close friends and enjoy discussing different aspects of the BDSM scene together. I would also like to mention that he is head of the psychiatry department at one of the more upscale Midwest hospitals. Somehow during the course of the conversation this ongoing contretemps between Miss Ann and pretty much everyone else in the world came up, and I asked him to take a look at this thread as well as a few of Miss Ann's other pieces. His considered opinion is that while of course he cannot diagnose anyone he has not personally interviewed, his feeling is that the person who authored these pieces exhibits sociopathic as well as narcissistic tendencies. What this means in English is that Miss Ann truly believes she is always right. She literally cannot conceive of a situation in which she may have acted incorrectly, and the concept of having harmed someone by word or deed is foreign to her. The bad news is that she feels justified in affirming the status she believes she holds by any means possible - in fact, he said she most likely feels overwhelmingly threatened by anyone who suggests that she may have been at fault in some matter or who simply says something that clashes with Miss Ann's view of her world. Unfortunately for us, Miss Ann is well educated, manipulative and vindictive enough to do real harm to people by whom she feels threatened or insulted. If you or anyone else chooses to confront her about any of her actions or statements, you can expect exactly what we've always seen - threats escalating into increasingly vicious retaliation until the threat is nullified. Personally, I'm glad I chose to ignore her vendetta against me on AOL and that I have enough of my own ammunition at hand that I need not concern myself with Miss Ann's opinion of me. However, my friend does suggest that the best way to coexist with someone like this is to disengage completely. Don't read her posts or if you do do not respond; don't engage her in any way in chat rooms, IMs, etc. He said if we just let her arrange her world in whatever configuration makes her feel safe, she'll view it as support and go on with her life. As long as she is no longer practicing professional domination, she will have fewer chances to injure anyone via unsafe practices - again, she is not able to accept advice or instruction regarding technique for the reasons stated above. So - it's my suggestion that we all just leave her be. If Miss Ann is happy in her world, as long as she understands that everyone in the world around her is completely justified in protecting themselves by any means necessary against whatever actions Miss Ann chooses to take, I think we'll all be much happier Miss Ann included if we just completely ignore her existence. The same could be said of you D'Arcy. Always right, never wrong. I had a full blown personal relationship for nearly three years with a Ph.D. psychologist and he cautioned against whack jobs on the internet who give "diagnosis" without credentials to do so and complete evaluation of a person. And frankly, D'Arcy, no competent professional would ever make an assumption or label a person based on reading a few threads on the internet. You have got to be the most two faced bitch out there, for just a few weeks ago you were writing me emails 'wishing me the best'. Three years ago you backed up Madra's posts which claimed I am a cross dresser and "dangerous" to subs. Which is it? Am I a cross dresser, dangerous to men? Do you wish me well or not? Why do you say one thing in private and say something different in public? You speak about being educated as if it is a bad thing. You speak of me as one who is vindictive, yet I have harmed or attacked no one. Who have I harmed? Where are these people you claim I have hurt with my 'unsafe' practices? Some of your former subs have seen me over the years. (perhaps that is where your anger lies) It would seem that you, Suz and Madra are the vindictive ones here. D'Arcy you are symptomatic of all that is wrong with our community. You are judgmental, callous, and show little tolerance for others who are a bright star in their own right. You are part of the problem our community faces which continues to divide us, making our community weak against the opposition of ignorance and fear it faces. You have absolutely no idea how much strength and support it requires to take on the fight that was presented to me, nor does it appear that you care one bit about any of the bigger issues involved, particularly the affront against our constitutionally guaranteed freedom. It is a shame that you continue to try to take focus away from the bigger issues (such as constitutional freedom) by continuing to attempt to tear apart my character without a shred of supporting fact or evidence. That you engage in such a manner (without fact, evidence, witness, or documentation) at all in this thread speaks volumes as to your character and no one needs a shrink to interpret that. Should anyone want to engage the facts concerning the lawsuit, there are plenty of mainstream news documents and court filed legal documents linked from my website. These are independent verifiable sources for information that you can trust, not gossip spun by internet hags. For those of you who prefer to get your information from internet gossips, you do not have to look far.
