And I don't think that a single adult with a child should be two adults. You have an adult with a single dependent deduction. I would even suggest that a single parent should get a higher deduction but then, arguably, that would encourage single parenthood when encouraging a nuclear family is so much more important. Again...this is why I like the idea of a flat tax. Our tax system encourages things positively, i.e. it is designed to encourage certain outcomes. But it also encourages things negatively, i.e it creates perversities that were apparently unnoticed or un-contemplated when the tax law was written. A flat tax would put an end to all of it. If I had my way, there would be a repeal of so many taxes in favor of the flat tax also. What the hell is an fcc tax for a telephone line? That didn't exist in the 60's. There are so many duplicitous taxes that our pin headed bureaucrats have put in place that nickle and dime us to death.

Is it your contention that the only true disability is one that leaves a person totally helpless? Do you not see handicapped parking spots at gyms,swimming pools,golf courses and all other recreational destinations? You reveal your idiocy when you contend,based on my posts(or rather the little you take out of them) that I am not truly disabled...I have had seven major surgeries,most of them to my spine.A lamendectomy( replacement of the disc at c6c7 with a titanium spacer) the disc below is still compressed,but not yet operable....in addition my condition is what is known as( stay with me here this is a big word) degenerative .My left shoulder has been reconstructed....and is termed partially permanently disabled...as is my back/neck.These are legally arrived at medical findings...down not only thru a workers compensation court....but in front of a Social Security board....and yet you feel qualified to question these things.....based on what,my assertion that I still try to live life to the fullest extant possible for me? Any recreation I engage in I pay for...the currency of my payment is PAIN...plain and simple ,but I refuse to sit on the porch and watch as life goes by....somehow that makes me un-disabled. Perhaps you might think I should use that zest for life in pursuit of some sort of job....well guess what asshole, I am unemployable...who would accept the insurance risk? Why should they,I am medically proven damaged goods....and this has been asserted by two separate courts...will you hire me as a day laborer,yanno under the table for cheap and when I get hurt you can just drive away and deny any responsibility. So now allow me to rant a little..KISS MY FUCKING ASS.....

I am talking about a working person making $25k a year supporting a kid, extrapolating that from a family of four (two workers, two children) making $50k a year, the maximum income for not paying federal income taxes. I have absolutely no idea how or why you think that, but that's probably why your post just seems like a random rant that has nothing to do with anything being discussed here. I have handled dozens of laminectomy cases and degenerative spine disease cases (Oh...by the way you malingering fool, if you actually had a laminectomy, you would probably know how to spell it!) and my clients went back to work for places like Comcast and the cab company and back to their medical offices. You know what? There are a number of lawyers in the county court that make it through the day on their easy chair scooters. They are disabled SlaveMalingerer....THEY CAN'T FUCKING WALK! But they practice law and they make money and they contribute to society. Go drink your fucking gin and tonic. But when you get gout and rosacea, don't fucking come crying to us!!!

I never asked the neurosurgeon how to spell it.....I just signed on the dotted line.You see I had a desire to walk again,and the way the disc was crimping the nerves I was losing use of my left leg....my left arm was already shot....thankfully after the operation I walk and I walk fine.But enough of justifying myself to the likes of you. Let us look at your assertions about going back to work.My accident occurred March 31 2005(at the time I was working two jobs) my last surgery was in 2009... A result of the wonderful insurance industry making medical decisions for me....instead of my doctor and I. I still get spinal epidurals every three months....I have a constant and steady supply of vicodin by my side at all times...and as I have proved often enough here ( by making posts that are near as stupid as yours) I need to use them often.Again tell me how I am employable...I don't have a law degree so I can't roll myself down the courthouse halls. I can not be insured,so no work open to me that would be above board....care to continue making an asshole out of yourself.Are you suggesting I should have told the Workers Compensation judge...."no thanks I will not take the award you have judged me to deserve...
