Ok, I'll play, my current favorite is Bumbleberry Honey Blueberry Ale from Fat Heads Brewery, it's an awesome semi-sweet summery beer.
For some reason it gets terrible reviews, but I love crappy beer (PBR and Big Flats are my usual go-to beers).  It drives my Husband bonkers

Presently, Im kinda patial to Firewater IPA.

I also love Rogue Brewery "Arrogant Bastard Ale"
Ive been told it fits me. It tastes damn good anyways.

I also have a nice Imperial IPA brewing in the basement that should be quite tasty.

Give me a budweiser and I am happy.

I do not like beer much at all, however, I am obliged to say Kölsch.

Actually "Irish Mist" sounds like a good name for a beer, lol.

I love those blueberry beers. My fav was the Wild Blue Blueberry Lager that I first tasted in Minnesota, but was thrilled to find it here in Virginia, too.

And, I like the Honey Brown's made by Sam Adams & Dundee. And Sam Adams Cherry Wheat, Bud Light Lime, Michelob Citrus.....ok, so I like fruity beer.

Of course, if you handed me a Bud, I wouldn't refuse it

I vaguely remember that Irish Mist was a cheap and awfully sweet whisky liquor that was sold in Germany in discount shops, the stuff that was possibly sponsored by Aspirin

LOL.....

I almost bought some kind of Mad Dog derivative recently, because it was re-packaged so pretty. Thankfully, my (adult) son was with me to point it out, else I'd have bought and drank the stuff.

Corona or Dos Equis (with a wedge of lime, of course) is my preference on the rare occasions I drink beer. I far prefer wine.

The Man and I have been through an *entire* 6 pack this summer !!

Pilsner Urquell is my go-to favorite, but lately I've been enjoying Warsteiner Dunkel and Michelob Amber Bock. Pilsner Urquell is hard to find in my latest city, I'm afraid.

OH yes.  And I can actually get Corona here (but not usually limes  -  sad)... I had a rough day on Sunday and went to the grocery and bought a Corona (not too bad - about 3 and a half bucks).  Another customer opened it for me with... I don't knwo what he used, but pretty soon, I was swigging away.

One of the fun things that we joke about here is that everybody sits outside the convenience store with drinks.  It's like a poor man's outdoor bar.  :)

I'm sipping some Terrapin "Hopsecutioner" in the evenings. Had a Sweetwater Hefeweizen last night.

Have several faves. In particular, North Coast's "Old Stock Ale".

Except for Weihenstephaner Hefe-Weisse, some Belgian Dubbels and Tripels, and some UK brews, I stick to US microbreweries. I'll occasionally have a Sam Adams if out jamming at an open mic, but, frankly, there are better beers for the money.

My favorite breweries are:
North Coast
Lagunitas
Terrapin
Dogfish Head
Sweetwater ('cause it's local, and I dig the IPA and the "Danktank" experiments)
Weihenstephaner (München-Erding; oldest in the world - 1040 AD. I've been there)
Westvleteren (Belgium, when I can find it)
Weyerbacher
Ommegang
Brooklyn (mostly for their Black Chocolate Stout)
The Lost Abbey (superb brews, but really pricey here)
Oskar Blues (their Ten FIDY stout makes Guiness look like Bud Light)

and there are many other beers that I like. I simply will not drink beer-flavored adjunct water (the BMCs and InBevs and all that crap. See HillWilliam's sig line)

----------> Windchymes: you might like Sweetwater Blue; should be available there.

Dogfish Head does some amazing stuff with flavors, but they aren't for the alcopop lovers.

I have this friend that sorta insists i drink when i see him. I guess he was pretty embarassed the first time we met, he took me to a pub/bar and I ordered Earl Grey tea with honey and lemon on the side...

So for him i drink the lowest calorie beer they have, like those 63 calorie beer they advertise... its not the taste that matters to me.

I love beer, particularly amber ales.  While I do love Sam Adams and Fat Tire Ale, they're not on my "buy list" due to my weight loss plan.   I've had to acquire a taste...erm, tolerance...for the lite lite extra lite - carbonated water with a hint of beer flavor Select 55.  For those on Weight Watchers, it's 0 points.  Then again, it's 0 flavor so that makes sense.

For a rare treat though, I'll get the real thing.

One of the tastiest beers I've had was Magic Hat #9, an apricot infused beer (Pyramid also makes one that's tasty).  I tried it in Virginia a few years ago, with a very spicy She Crab Soup.  It was a spiritual experience lol.
