ORIGINAL: Arpig I already gave a perfectly plausible scenario why the topic would appear innocent, and I wouldn't have to be all that persistent. I would just tell you that my uncle was an amateur genealogist and I had an extensive database of my extended family, including literally hundreds of different surnames. I once did have just such a document for my own family, going back to Denmark (honestly) in the 800s, but misplaced it somewhere over the years, so it's not that unreasonable a claim. Think about it honestly and you'll have to admit that the odds are that you'd happily reveal the name, thinking it would be sort of cool if we were in fact related in some way. Especially if it was somebody you'd known for a while on whatever forum, social network, or other medium the discussion was taking place in. wouldnt it just be a whole lot easier to get friendly with people and then send them an innocent looking pic of whatever they are into (cute kitty, hot car, gawky kids, etc) that has a keylogger attached to it?
