Did anyone think to check if the two listed ages were the same before he lost his nerve and hid them?

Too funny! I wish I did. But then again, consistency doesn't necessarily mean honesty.

The only way it can get better is if some brand new female profile comes along to defend.

I so love the ironic in life!  Subbie boy comes confused and commenting on what people hide online and low and behold... we have... an incident... something he is hiding!

That higher level thinking really helps when you have something to hide. Oh well, just another whiny bitch with a two sided mirror. Watch out LA... another reason to lock your doors and not meet strangers off the net. A picture wouldn't help in this case now would it?

Gee, I wonder if the Domme got the feeling he wasnt really a subbie and that is why she declined the photo, area and her age, instead offering to meet as usually the response to that indicates that the person isnt who he/she claims to be...

Oh no. I knew he was real. He's telling the truth, every word. It was all my fault, I didn't want to show him a picture because...well it should be obvious.

But still, you're all being unfair. He's a good sub, one of the best in fact. he comes highly recommended, he has to fighht us Dommes off with a stick. He's well known, almost legendary, in the LA scene. He's been active on both the LA scene and CollarMe for over 20 years.

You all oink him an appology!

Sounds fishy... just the fact after someone saying that a new female account to defend would be better, plus the notion that he's been on CollarMe for 20 years...

EDIT
By the way, nice profile picture. A pig head on Big Momma is actually pretty funny

Arsow!  Have you met Arpig?  I think the two of you would REALLY "click."

Regards, Lance (who is now going to have "Matchmaker, Matchmaker, Make me a Match" running through his head all day long.)

LOL!

Hey darlin... it was created to sound fishy! That's part of the joke of it all! I would bet the sock puppet is someone near and dear.

I hope so.

Anyway, to get back on topic, I'm sure that we all agree that there are certain guidelines you must have after you meet someone online before you meet them in person.

"all agree"? Good luck with that, Sprocket!

Actually, I can't think of anything that would be a "guideline" that I would / do use, so I'm wondering what you have in mind that would be a guideline for you.  Y'know - one that you'd like to propose for us to "all agree" on.

I'm serious - and thanks for getting us back on topic.  With 13 posts <as of this writing> you might never have been "mod slapped."  LOL!  Just wait - it WILL happen!  ("Mod" spelled backwards is "Dom")

my only guideline was to bring a good book or my computer to waste time until they showed up and to finish my cup of coffee before getting up and walking out.

I took "the guideline" to mean "after meeting them on-line what guidelines are there before you would PROPOSE meeting them for obligatory coffee."

That is, what "hurdle" exists between on-line contact and personal contact.

First rule I would have is to have a picture sent meant only for you. You can make sure of this by reverse image searching in Google. You can take an image URL (or even an uploaded one) and put it into Google. It then will search for pictures with those likenesses. That's why I knew the picture above was Big Momma with a pig head, since I don't watch those movies.

Second is to find a public location. Coffee house, local munch, etc. The reasons for this are apparent.

These are normally what I do. Things are added depending on situation.
