i think what You are refering to is prostate massage. It is frequently used for slaves who are kept in a chastity device. Prostate massage or milking can also be done for non-D/s reasons. Fom what I've read, it's common in Asian cultures where the incidence of prostate cancer is lower than in western cultures. The purpose is to break up and flush out calcium deposits/build up that can cause obstructions and inflammation and infection. I asked about the whole milking thing from a medical perspective on the health and safety board here, but didn't receive any responses. Tried again in the general forum, also no answers. I won't repost it here, but my general question was whether or not anyone could medically back up the claim that milking is necessary/needed. To date, I've found nothing scientific to validate the claim.

First sorry for not reponding sooner ...have been quite busy lately.... I know that the milking experience is different for others, but for me it is akin to an orgasm....
