He may have sleep apnea.  When you snore it puts a strain on your heart and your oxygen levels drop precipitously which is why snorers often have less energy.  You should recommend "Breath Right Strips" or some other device you can get a local pharmacy.  You should also recommend him for a sleep study.

oh, i see your post lower that he does have one. Maybe its not been fitted properly?

I wear a night guard but no idea if i make any noise.

When i live someplace and there are sounds that i dont like, i used to have an air filter fan that i used to turn on and it would drown out the offending sounds, i prefered listening to that rather than whatever the noise was. Some people have those table top fountains and the sound of water trickling can do the same thing for some people. I dont know if that would work for you or not tho.

There are also reverse sound headphones, they do something that counteracts whatever sounds are occuring. I have not tried one of those, but dont know if you would want to wear something to bed.

its a drag when there are sounds that drive you nuts when you are laying in bed trying to sleep, so i feel for you..

Status: offline 		Me a friend were bullshitting on the phone and he ask me if I know what a cow is. I of course say yeah. A bulls the male and a cow is the female. So he asks a male and female what. I didn't know. So he tells me they are both neat. Male and female neat. I have never heard this in my life.

eta...actually heifers are female cows that haven't had calves yet.....so I was half right.....and bulls are intact males, and steers are the castrated ones.

Neatsfoot oil is a leather treament that was originally made from neatsfeet .. meaning, the lower legs/feet of cattle. But, I could not tell you if the term was coined from the condition of the appendages being used. You can go into pretty much any tack shop in Tx and find a wide variety of neatsfoot products. As for calling cattle neat? Many decades ago, probably. Today? Not so much.

I did recommend that those things to him when were together but he didn't think he had a problem but I knew he did... The first one just snored at first and when I nudged him he stopped but not my last relationship.

I would like to add since this is "random shit you didn't know"....I read this in the cartoon pages on Ripley's believe it or not a few days ago...it is kind of interesting in a scientific way...

Status: offline 		I snore like a freight train, literally.  Once went away with friends, we had a block of hotel rooms, 8 of them stood at the door listening to me snore as loud as can be.  Pam had to get up and try to find another room to sleep in, it was so bad.  Turns out I have sleep apnea, now using a C-Pap.

I also talk in my sleep but not loud enough to hear what I'm saying.  And you can't ask me questions, because if I answer them, it's too mumbled for them to hear.  I've also woken myself up out of a dead sleep having an argument with friends.  Only problem is, I'm alone at home.    Hallucinations are not for the faint of heart lemme tellya!

I had a nightmare and sleep punched Daddy, and another time he sneezed an woke me up also scared me and I insisted he shouted boo at me. It took me a while to realize he did not. He kept saying no, why would I, and I was like yes huh you did, I know you did.
Another time I was going to sleep an he was playing video games but I wanted cuddling an he kept saying be right there, I thought hours an hours had gone by next time I woke up and cried for him, when really only 30 minutes had . Still mostly asleep I told him next time you make me wait hours and hours I am unhooking your game systems and hiding the cords from you. And then promptly fell back asleep.
